The media could not be loaded. I got to the rear fender assembly and its missing the screws. The package of nuts and bolts do not fit together. That was problem one. Problem two, I realized the wheel doesnt turn at all. The rising bar is defective. I dont need to return it. I just properly working parts. Update: I realized I needed to contact puckipuppy directly and it was excellent customer service. They will be sending out a new part to me

So far, so good. My Rottweiler is well-made and strong. Assembly was a bit more difficult than depicted in the videos and in the user manual, and I suspect if you do not have above-average mechanical sense, you will have a hard time assembling. Really accelerates and is fun to ride, although you have to slow down a lot to turn. My only negative at this time is, there is no way to prevent someone from turning on the power without removing the battery. For example, if going to the store to shop, you would typically lock your bike, and of course, you leave the battery in place because it is locked to the trike. But..... any passerby can activate the power button, turn on your lights, turn signals, or even engage the motor. An ignition key of some sort would really be nice. Other than that, LOVE IT.
