The upper cushion after it had time to expand, stayed flat on one side. It really does look bad, both chairs have the same problem. Its flat on one side of the upper cushion. I like the chairs, I am going to have to go out and buy replacement memory foam cushion. Which is not cheap. But I don't want to return them.
