So I have to admit that when I first purchased this, I was skeptical. I’ve been on Flomax for several years and despite this I was still peeing at least every hour if not every 45 minutes. Seven or eight times a night (No joke) It got to the point that I was desperate, and after researching several products, I decided to try this one. I’ve been on it for two weeks instead of peeing every 45 minutes to an hour. I am now peeing every 3 to 4 hours! I have only been using this product for a month of so. However, tentatively, I give it a high rating. Typically, it is difficult to nail down cause and effect with respect to food supplements that a person uses. However, in the case of this one, in the past week or so I am noticing that I do indeed appear to need to urinate less frequently at night and, furthermore, that upon waking up in the morning, my bladder is full such that the amount of uring that I pass appears to be more than in previous weeks. These changes are very slow and are hard to notice on a day to day basis. However, looking back to when I started to take this supplement, there are signs of improvement. This is reason for optimism and is the reason that I tentatively give this product a high rating.

This is a very good product, has all the top elements for Prostate support, Saw Palmetto. Pumpkin seed Oil, and Selenium. It's a fine product, inexpensive and does what it says it will do, only draw back is urine flow, it's doesn't seem to improve flow, which is needed. I will wait longer as I have only been taking for 6 days, will update review in a month.

I have taken 3 different brands of Pumpkin Seed Oil supplements before. I have taken 4 different brands of Saw Palmetto supplements before. I have taken 2 different brands of Selenium supplements before. None of them helped enough to notice. But this product has actually made a difference in my sleep as well as my daytime flow control. It's not long-lasting; if I skip a few days, all the misery returns, but I just need to get back on it, and everything will be good again after a few days. I have no idea if it's their formulation or their purity or their sourcing, but something about this particular mix that Double Wood put together is a winner.

Taking for over six weeks I believe this supplement has helped a little bit with my urination problem at night but some days I don’t know. I’m gonna continue taking the supplement and we will see.
