As someone who is 35 and only started drinking coffee 3 years ago; I was skeptical of trying it since I’ve never done caffeine pills before. Coffee use to help me stay awake but hasn’t been working much as of late. I mean mostly it’s only 90mg of caffeine anyways. 🥱 I’m in training and start my 12 hr classroom days at 0600 but have to wake up around 0430. Well, I decided to skip coffee and try one of these. I was not disappointed! I was dozing off and took one and in about 15 mins I was immediately awake! No side effects other than AWAKE! 🤯 I thought it was maybe just a fluke so the next day I tried it again, and it worked! So much, I gave 5 of them out to different classmates who were also struggling. For some it took 15 mins, others 20 mins or so to feel the effects! I ended up being a PILL SLINGER passing out “The Beans” lol!! Let’s just say, 4 of them purchased these caffeine pills this week! The fact they work & they’re affordable is AMAZING!! The effects for most of us lasted 3-4 hrs! Definitely can’t take more than 3 a day! ... show more

I have no complaint about the products effecicacy or anything like that but a few times we be gone to pack just small bags/bottles for ourselves for a week or two away. Turns out they weren’t the only set of pills we had that were perfectly ovaloid, and pure white. We had no idea how to ensure which was which—-(the others happened to be knock off benadryl or diphenhydramine) so literally the opposite effect. Any advice on how to identify and recollect what we have remaining as “unlabeled” pills to add back to just. The CAFFEINE bottles? Thanks? ... show more

This product is great for caffeine lovers. If you don’t always want to spend time going to a coffee shop or a nearby store to get coffee, and would like to maintain your caffeine intake in a much easier way, I’d go for these. They’re very effective, boost energy levels in the matter of one hour, and are overall good. Although, it can be very easy to build a tolerance and dependence on these if you accidentally build the habit of regularly taking them. And withdrawal symptoms will very much occur and be unpleasant. So be careful and follow the instructions and ONLY use occasionally or every other day, because it’s quite easy to build a tolerance to these and end up becoming dependent. Overall, they’re a pretty good source of caffeine. And one bottle last a long time—if not taken too often. ... show more

I drink an average of 2-3 cups of coffee a day during the work week. This has helped my cut back to one coffee a day. Additionally, I take one of these before going in long bike rides (20 or more miles), and this helps with stamina and focus. It's nothing fancy about it. Just a boost of energy when needed.
