I've been through a lot of pre workouts over the years. Chasing that orginal jacked 3d feeling only to come up short everytime. I recently discovered this pre workout which is surprising since I've been drinking their whey protein for the last 15 years, never once thought to give their pre workout a try. I truly have been missing out on something great. This pre workout is amazing, tasting great and very easy to consume. (Watermelon candy) is my favorite. The actual experience itself is very clean very easy on the body. There's no crazy rush, no itch on the face ears or arms. None of the shakes. It's not gonna give you that tunnel vision crazy amped up intensity, with a massive crash. But what it will give you is energy and that extra bit of gas in the tank. It will help you push through that fatigue and get the extra reps and stretch your workouts out longer. It makes you feel like youre getting the most out of your body. The come down and side effects have been for me non existent. Optimum Nutrition used to make a mocha flavored pre-work out many years ago, and that was always my go-to. I'd put it in my afternoon coffee with their Double Rich Chocolate protein, drink it on the way to the gym after work, and nail every workout with my trainer. So I was absolutely devastated when they stopped making it and I hesitated for YEARS trying a fruity flavor. I finally took the leap, and ordered this. I love almost everything about it - taste, price, effectiveness, and I especially love that it doesn't include Red 40 in the ingredients. I have improved my workout performance and duration much quicker with this than I did without it. I work out between 5 and 6 every night, so I was worried that with the added caffeine, it would keep me up all night. It absolutely does not. In fact, because I'm working out harder, I'm sleeping better, and there's no yucky crash that you get with high sugar energy or coffee drinks. It has a great taste, no after taste, it's not too sweet, and not too tart. The ONLY thing I notice is that it never 100% dissolves, but it's never gritty, so it doesn't bother me at all. If you are looking for a light kick to start your workout if you aren't really feeling it, or a push to scale up weight, duration or performance, this is an amazing option, and I'd recommend it to anyone. Decent preworkout, if your looking for something that doesnt give you the preworkout side effects and a noticeable energy boost this is good, however the energy boost isnt as intense as the ones that do give you the side effects. I will use the rest of this product but a repurchase is unlikely as I want a full effect boost. The taste is also not that intense and you need two scoops for a 16 ounce water bottle compared to other products I used where you only need 1 and it provides better energy and flavor with the same amount if water. Id assume this product has good reviews simply because it doesnt give the side effects. Id recommend this product solely to the people who don't like the side effects, if you dont mind it then go with another product. ... show more

So if u looking for something that will make u rip off your t shirt off Hulk style, this is NOT it. Thats why most of the "hardcore" PWO all have the same base ingredient which is 300mg+ caffeine. But this will also crash your energy levels later (typically high caffine use) and its also NOT good for your heart long term. High caffeine spikes up your heart rate and a high beating HR is not good for cardiac health as u grow older. This only has 175mg caffeine. It's perfect to get a mild energy boost in the morning without your heart beating out of your rib cage. The added creatine and beta alanine also help with focus. I've been working out for over a decade now and have had my share of high caffeine PWO, Sarms, EC Stack etc but wouldn't touch those even with a yard stick. This is perfect for everybody. A single scoop on an empty stomach 20 mins prior and u good to do and u can power thru a 40 min run or a 40 min gym session. No energy crash afterwards nor it keeps u awake at night. I'm on my 2nd jar now and unless ON changes the formulation later, this will remain a daily staple in my fitness life. This is one of the best PWO out there that offers clean, safe energy and under $30. Only downside is the taste but then its a PWO ....just suck it up and chug it down the throat. ... show more

Product has a great taste, use shaker bottle less than 30 seconds and product turns out smooth and dissolves not grainy. Gives a great lift for working out without the shaky jitters that some brands offer. Highly recommended
