Let's face it: many of us need a little something extra to get through the day. We often rely on coffee, which is a great beverage, but DOES have downsides. Aside from the time it takes to prep it (or the outrageous costs you'll fork over if you buy it from a coffee shop), you have to consume quite a bit to get the full effect. And coffee makes you have to pee. So...if you are like me, one cup will have you racing to the bathroom to relieve your child-sized bladder. Not fun, embarrassing, and distracting. I have a life. I can't be running to the restroom every ten minutes! Fear not. These babies are fabulous. Just one pill, and in about 20 minutes, you'll feel energized, motivated, and even slightly euphoric (it definitely lifts one's mood). This is a smooth, clean energy booster. I have not experienced jitters or anxiety. A lot of people turn to prescription medications (I'm not allowed to list them here) or even illegal substances just to be able to keep up with the daily demands of life. And that's not so great. This is a safer and healthier alternative, and is quite efficient. One is usually enough. I recommend consuming it with a large glass of water, and maybe even a little food. I've been in meetings where I was literally nodding off from lack of sleep (and boredom). This perked me up and saved the day. I keep them in my bag for when I need a bit of pep. They are non-habit forming, safe, and effective. Please give this brand a try! TIP: These are also wonderful for headaches. One of these with two buffered aspirin and some water has knocked out some of the most stubborn headaches I have ever endured. We keep these on hand at all times. Very grateful for this product.

The pills work exactly like you'd want, quickly and effectively. So that's good. The price is excellent compared to other products. The pills themselves are actually really nice. They're smooth and they don't deteriorate at all, so there's no powder in the bottle or any broken up pills. Great product, great price.

The price to performance on this is amazing. It does the job, of giving me that extra energy boost through caffeine. Without having to drink 2 cups of joe. The trade off is missing the extra benefits that normally come with black coffee, such as Nutrients and Antioxidants. But instead you don't have to wait around for your coffee to be done or take time out of your busy day to just go fix it, and clean up the mess. Reason why I'm only giving 4 stars, it did upset my stomach.

Sometimes we deceive ourselves about the purpose of coffee. It's (mostly) for the caffeine, right? Although it's true that quality coffee can be a delicious morning treat. Anyway, it seems crazy to me to spend fifteen minutes every morning sitting in a drive-through in order to pay $6 for one's daily caffeine dose. Cut out the middle-man! Save time and money. I would estimate each tablet as equivalent to 4 cups of diner coffee (smallish, not too strong). I've become somewhat adept at biting these in half, then biting the halves in half, for quarter-tablet doses. I end up with little quarter-tablet bits in my pockets and sitting at the base of my computer monitor. A smarter fellow might source 50 mg tablets. Anyway, these work great. They work best on an empty stomach, maybe with some milk. I don't recommend caffeine after lunch time. May you be alert and productive.

I first doubted these would work because I've only consumed caffeine in liquid form like coffee or energy drinks. Daily coffee and energy drinks cost a lot specially when buying them daily or needing to make it on my own. When I first took the caffeine pill I thought it wouldn't work since I was very tired and sleepy since I had just woken up. But within 20 minutes I started feeling better and energized. They kicked in faster than I thought since pills need to be dissolved and digested. Ignore the negative reviews that might say the effects aren't strong or too strong. Everyone is affected differently on caffeine. 200ml of caffeine is the perfect amount for me but might not be for everyone.The pills are small so it will be easy to swallow for most people. The ingredients also seem to be good and simple they arent loaded with a load of extra crap. So far I've had good experience on these as my first time, I will definitely buy more when I start running out. I would recommend eating something light after you feel the effects so it doesn't effect your stomach. It effects your stomach similar way to normal coffee.
