Power Beets' cardiovascular benefits are well-documented, and it has been a part of my daily supplement routine for many years. Recently, I quit caffeine and decided to begin using Power Beets as the base for a "DIY" stim-free pre-workout. I mix it up 1/2 gallon (4 servings) at a time as pictured. I bought this in April 27 and I'm only now running low on it which means I got at least 60 servings as advertised. The reason I said "at least" is because I sometimes take 1 1/2 scoops instead of just one as a pre-workout booster. Ever since the heat and humidity in the afternoon started topping 100° F, I switched to doing my workouts in the early morning. There's just one problem: I'm not exactly bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in the morning. Power Beets solved that problem after I tried taking an extra 1/2 scoop in 6 oz. of almond milk. I normally put one scoop into my post-workout shake which I use a blender to prepare along with fresh fruit, nuts, protein powder and other supplements. I have a hand-held bottle with a diffuser inside that helps to break up the little clumps of powder that form when trying to mix this by hand with cold liquids. It's not a big deal having to deal with them given the benefits that Power Beets provides. I may try blending this with yogurt instead which I think will mix better than almond milk. There are three things I noticed after taking 1 1/2 scoops in the morning before my workout: #1. I'm able to double my time on the machines like the treadmill, elliptical stepper and the seated bike without feeling the least bit tired. #2. I've noticed the beneficial effects that this product has had on my body's nitric oxide production. #3. My urine had a nice shade of orange for the next two trips to the men's room. The flavor tastes perfectly fine to me. It's just sweet enough without tasting like a typical sugary soda would taste. When it's mixed together with all the other things I put in my blender, it enhances the taste of everything else. I had been taking beet power in capsules before trying this product and this has been my permanent replacement for those capsules. ... show more

This is on one of Amazon subscriptions, it tase great in smoothies or shakes. It blend easily with no chalky texture. I've tried other beet powders, this one smells and taste great.

Great product ! I’ve take this for a week and I can say I have noticed I’m sleeping better and my feet don’t ache anymore. I did my homework and was lacking B vitamins and nitric oxide. This beet powder taste quit good. This is my go to from now on, I’m excited I found this brand , it works !
