Great looking fan with very smooth, quiet operation. Moves a lot of air even at the lowest settings. Very fiddly to assemble with lots of screws and somewhat vague instructions. Remote took a bit of time to properly handshake with fan with no indication of why it wasn't working or why it eventually worked. Wiring is very straight forward same color to same color wire connections.(Wall switch only turns fan power on and off - remote is required to operate fan.) ... show more

We purchased a 52" Springer Collection fan for our new home. We accidentally broke the small bracket that attaches to the paddle at the base. It just snapped in half. Ok no problem we'll contact the manufacturer and purchase a replacement part. The fan came unassembled, so we knew what part we needed, it's listed in the assembly instructions. HOWEVER, the manufacture will not sell replacement parts!!! They are telling us we need to buy a new fan ~ $700 to get the replacement part that most likely costs $15!!! What a complete waste!! My recommendation is to not purchase from the distributor (for selling a product where the manufacturer doesn't service/stand behind thier product) or the manufacturer for the same reason. Note there is no warning when you buy the fan that says you cannot get service or a replacement part if anything breaks...this is not right, Amazon should not allow companies like this to sell through their company! ... show more

A great fan well built and easy to assemble. Light kit easy to install. The fan manual was easy to understand except the remotes didn't have dip switches to assign independent frequencies for two fans. So I pressed the setup switch twice and appears fan learned a new frequency. (See light kit review) The fans are a center show piece for dinning and living rooms. Moves air efficiently. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. We love it!!! Instead of having to adjust the thermostat, we just turn on the fan. It move the air and it makes it much cooler. And now with remote, no more climbing ladders to adjust directions!!!

If you want a fan that speaks to guests as soon as they see it…this is it. I painted the fan blades a pewter metal color because the color wasn’t as gray as pictures but wow!! Love it.
