    • Another Proform nightmare
I as well bought this bike directly from Pro Form and it was shipped to my home defective. The plastic part the seat is supposed to lock to when adjusted, caves in and the seat will not stay put. I called several times and sent pictures of this defective and just requested a replacement but was told they do not do that and I would have to pay 10% of the purchase price to ship it back. No one would call me back or advise me on this issue. The bike is useless so I disputed it on my credit card and I won. This is a terrible company to deal with and would highly advise to buy somewhere else. Never again. ... show more

Loud intermittent popping while pedaling especially at higher resistance. Disassemble the entire thing but couldn't find a fix. During worrkout a 10 minute shut down timer starts as soon as you stop pedaling.

    • I-fit cannot be trusted
After several years i-fit informed me that they will no longer support the software for my machine. Also, for years I have experienced significant problems with the software requiring hours on the phone with their technicians with no fix. You should save your money and look for another company!
