The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like it. I thought ProForm had a good name for quality exercise equipment. I just couldn't make it happen. I've attached a video of the noises it made non-stop. At the time of the video, the elliptical was one month old (bought new). Listening to that noise for 30 minutes per day was infuriating and it was too loud to ignore - not to mention, you could feel it as well. After spending that amount of money, I didn't want to subject myself to years of 30 minute rage sessions every day so it just got returned to Academy. Now I have to restart the elliptical search. I'll give you 3 guess which brand won't be in my new search. :-) If you try this one, I hope you have better luck than I did. Maybe mine was a manufacturing defect that was missed although, based on previous comments, I don't think that to be the case. ... show more

    • Stride is to short even at the longest one
I like it except for the fact that the stride is too short, the ellipticals at the gym I used to belong to had a much longer stride

    • DON’T BUY!!!!!
Don’t do it. This is junk. I’ve had mine for three months and still can’t use it because the motor went out and pieces put together by the manufacturer broke. DONT BUY THIS. DONT FALL FOR THE PRICE LIKE I DID. Horrible customer service.

Rattling, squealing, rocking. All with professional assembly. These problems started almost immediately and only got worse despite trying everything to troubleshoot. I weigh 125 lbs.
