The toaster works fast, and it toasts the bread equally on both sides of each slice. The color of the toaster is pale almond white, meaning that it's not a bright glaring white color, but it looks good with the other white small appliances on my kitchen counter. I especially like that the underneath trays (which catch fallen bread crumbs) pull out for cleaning from the back side of the toaster, so they are unseen. My recommendation is to simply wipe the crumb trays with a dry cloth because a wet cloth might possibly cause the trays to rust. ... show more

Works great, toasts faster than any toaster oven I’ve owned. I put bagels, hamburger buns besides sliced bread. Tired of using toaster ovens that take 5-10 mins to toast bread.

This toaster is good overall. Toasting is mostly even on both sides. The slots are wide enough for most items. The slide out crumb trays are much better than removing the bottom plate to remove the crumbs. The toaster sounds a little tinny when setting, and upon release of the toasted item. The only disadvantage is that the handle/levers are quite hard to push down to set. Overall, I like this toaster. I cannot speak to its longevity. This is a new unit, and first impressions are not a guarantee of continuing satisfaction. ... show more

This one was actually a replacement for another make that we ordered first. We didn't care for the first one for various reasons. The electric cord came out the front (?) and the cleaning trays were very hard to pull out. So, we returned that one and purchased this one. What a great purchase. Everything with this toaster is perfect. Cord placement, crumb tray placement, color and overall appearance. Also, the toaster seems to toast both bread and muffins a lot faster and the number 3 setting is perfect for golden brown toast. Should've purchased this one first without a doubt. ... show more

Really like the look of this toaster but it had such a strong chemical/plastic smell, there is no way I’d put bread in there and eating it, put it back in the box to return.

    • The outside does not get hot. That is a good thing!
Works OK. Easy to use. Sides do not get hot. Other brands do. A bit more cheaply made then I thought it would be. Will keep it and use anyway.
