The functiionity so far is good. The product received appears ok to questionable. I woukd have loved receiving a product that does not appear used. I deserve better than that. There are no instructions as depicted on the product image. There is no case, and the words on one side of the unit are worn. The casing in some areas is torn and or marred. Come on now. Used products should be discounted. For the money paid, I could have received better quality and craftsmanship, better quality control, at another retailer.
