In love with this Pilates Reformer! It is very well made and sturdy! It came with floor mats for the feet which was a really cool bonus! I am new to Pilates and got this because local classes are expensive. The Reformer was cheaper than a month of Pilates at a studio, so it makes a lot of financial sense. The springs and cords are very well made. Adding the cords to workouts gave me great resistance. The pads are firm but comfortable. This Reformer has a ton of great features like the adjustable foot bar and pully risers which I find amazing for this price range. No real negatives. I would prefer a slightly longer board (I'm 5'4"). I added a Pilates head and neck support pillow which added length (by connecting it with hair ties to the shoulder pads). This worked really well and makes exercises more comfortable for seniors like me. I also use Yoga blocks instead of purchasing an expensive Pilates box. I am very happy with this purchase and highly recommend! I'm very happy with my purchase!

Pretty great reformer. Doesn’t break the bank, easy to set up. And very kind and responsive customer service. I had an issue within the first week with one of the wheels and they sent me a replacement right away with video instructions. I just finished replacing it and everything is running smooth. I’m pretty pleased with the purchase.

This is perfect for an at home Pilates workout. This is sturdy and gives you a really good workout! It has the perfect amount of tension. If you’re looking for a quiet and affordable reformer this is the best option. I belong to a Pilates studio and love doing a bit extra in the evening at home.

The reformer is easy to set-up and I love that it folds. I am 5'4 and I find that the arm straps are still very long and I have to hold the straps and not the handles to have any effects so not having adjustable straps would be my only qualm about this product.

This is perfect for an at home Pilates workout. This is sturdy and gives you a really good workout! It has the perfect amount of tension. The only thing I would say is the straps are too long to use them with your arms but I found an easy solution for that. If you’re looking for a quiet and affordable reformer this is the best option.

I've been in the market for a good, but reasonable Pilates reformer at home for a while, and after extensive research, I finally decided on this one However, I was extremely disappointed when during my second use I felt the ride get increasingly bumpy. I discovered that one of the wheels on the carriage had been damaged during use and the tire tread was essentially coming off, with visible cracks in the material. This is where the company turned a 1-star problem into a 5-star experience. I took a few photos and a video of the damaged wheel and bumpy ride and sent an email to their customer service team explaining the situation. I received a reply in less than 24 hours and without any hassle or extensive questioning, they confirmed they were shipping out a full set of replacement wheels, which I received in just two days. Replacing the wheels was a breeze, taking less than 15 minutes with the video instructions provided. The carriage now glides like a dream and I've had no additional issues. Highly recommended!
