Within a week I looked forward to doing this. I find it fun and great for beginning or re sparking joy. I don't work out (yoga 6 times a year wasn't cutting it) this is fool proof for me and I have no motivation. I just do basic bicep curls, squats and leg lifts. 10 mins a day. I've found for the first time ever I've getting something great out of a workout. Took it on a work trip as it's so travel friendly. Can't recommend highly enough. Do it! I don't really follow the chart like I said, I just do 10-15 mins, but I've seen results. I also don't feel out of breath and don't get muscle fatigue when walking upstairs anymore!! 10/10 ... show more

I have really been enjoying this Pilates bar kit. I love that I can do resistance exercises with and without the bar, using the bands and other contents of the kit. The poster is helpful to get started with all the possible exercises. It is also nice that it comes with 3 sets of bands for varying resistance needs. Plus, the adjustable height straps make all the difference as you move from exercises to exercise. I've been using it with Pilates bar YouTube videos and have had lots of success.     • Adjustable Strap system is poorly designed

Comparing the Gaia Bar and this one I would choose the Gaia. The adjustable straps on this one are a pain to use. The left side had too much space between the strap and the bar so it slid around when using it causing asymmetric balance of the bar. I had to find a make shift spacer to insert in the gap. I like the thickness of the bar and it is comfortable to grip. The Gaia bar is thinner but the stretch chords are rolled easily around it with a flick of the wrist to adjust length when switching exercises. So much easier to use that way! I tried rolling the straps of this one to get around the awkwardness of adjusting with the clip and they wouldn’t roll evenly. This set has better hand and feet grips. As far as the additional grips, I Love the ankle strap and hand grip/stirrup. The door strap ended up at the hall closet door since it is the only door with space on each side so it can be used. The clasps on the bands are easy to configure with the grips and are sturdy. I purchased the longer bands to supplement this set and hooked them to a wall bracket so I can avoid the awkward adjustable straps on the bar. ... show more
