The board is easy to fold/unfold and stores really easily. It's pretty simple, but gives good results. You can definitely feel the burn. The board itself kind of feels cheap I guess, but you're also paying for the convenience. The non-slip pads don't do anything on tile. Lots of slipping, but that can be fixed by placing a yoga mat down first. Also, not stable enough to have both feet on the sliding part for standing exercises

This thing is great! It’s really so simple yet something you never knew you needed. I never looked forward to doing abdominal exercises or working out my arms with weights. Always found it tedious and uncomfortable. But with this it makes those exercises so much easier and comfortable. This can take the place of sit-ups, crunches, side crunches, and many more abdominal exercises. The arm resistance bands are so much better than I thought they would be and really work. Certain exercises will work your legs and butt too. Pretty much everything works your abdominal area. It’s easy and it activates your body right away. The board seems well made to me. I will be taking camping with me! I love that I actually look forward to the work out which is something I’ve never said before! I am a tiny person but my husband who is 6 ft tall didn’t have any problem with it. I recommend!

Arrived damaged and has a weird smell to it. It was sent this way too because the boxes it was in weren't damaged, but there was oil on the outside of the inner box. I think it is still usable but still extremely disappointing.

This Pilates board is a great dupe for the Flo Pilates board at a fraction of the cost. It works well for a variety of exercises and is easy to store. The only downside is that the plastic feels a bit lightweight compared to higher-end versions, but for the price, it’s a solid buy.
