I’ve really enjoyed using this Pilates board—it’s been such a great addition to my fitness routine. It’s easy to use, helps me stay consistent, and I’ve noticed a real difference in my core strength and flexibility. It’s also gentle on the joints, which I really appreciate. Whether I’m doing a quick workout or a full session, it fits perfectly into my day. The board feels sturdy and well-made, and I love that it allows me to do a wide variety of movements without needing a bunch of bulky equipment. My only suggestion would be to include a storage case. When you take the board apart, there are several small pieces, and it would be so helpful to have a case or bag to keep everything organized—especially for travel or even just storing it neatly at home. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to build strength and stay active from the comfort of home.

The JANUA Pilates Board is a solid option for anyone looking to add Pilates or full-body training to their home workout routine without breaking the bank. For what you’re paying, it gets the job done and offers a good range of features. What I Liked: Compact Design: The foldable design is a big plus for small spaces. It’s easy to store and doesn’t take up much room. Multi-Purpose Functionality: The combination of Pilates and resistance training makes it versatile for various exercises, targeting shoulders, abs, arms, and more. Resistance Bands with Timer: The smart timer is a nice touch for keeping track of workouts, and the phone holder makes it convenient to follow along with videos. Durable Build: The board feels sturdy and supports up to 400 lbs, which adds to the safety and comfort of workouts. Room for Improvement: Basic Features: While it works well for the price, the resistance system isn’t as smooth or adjustable as higher-end reformers. Material Quality: The plastic build is functional but feels a bit basic compared to more premium equipment. Final Thoughts: If you’re looking for an affordable way to bring Pilates and resistance training into your home routine, the JANUA Pilates Board is a decent choice. It’s not as advanced as professional equipment, but for the price, it’s a practical solution for fitness enthusiasts at any level. Rating: 4/5 Stars Great for beginners or anyone on a budget looking to elevate their workout routine!

I think it is priced too high. It is plastic, and can sometimes be unstable. I'm still learning it. If you're used to actually Pilates gym equipment, I don't think you'll like this item. For a starter, it isn't bad.

This thing is great! It’s really so simple yet something you never knew you needed. I never looked forward to doing abdominal exercises or working out my arms with weights. Always found it tedious and uncomfortable. But with this it makes those exercises so much easier and comfortable. This can take the place of sit-ups, crunches, side crunches, and many more abdominal exercises. The arm resistance bands are so much better than I thought they would be and really work. Certain exercises will work your legs and butt too. Pretty much everything works your abdominal area. It’s easy and it activates your body right away. The board seems well made to me. I will be taking camping with me! I love that I actually look forward to the work out which is something I’ve never said before! I am a tiny person but my husband who is 6 ft tall didn’t have any problem with it. I recommend!

I had such high hopes for this Pilates Board, but sadly and unfortunately, these were shattered during my trial run of this item earlier this evening. This item was just delivered today. It did not even survive my "trial run" of it. The one side's sliding piece jammed and is unable to be un-jammed, so I will have to return this item, as it is now defunct and unable to be used. The price was reasonable at around $80 IF it would have lasted longer than a few minutes of use. This price is NOT reasonable for an item that lasted and worked for around 5 minutes. I am a small petite woman weighing around 110 lbs and not particularly strong or fit, so I do not believe the piece that jammed was due to my weight/size or strength, none of which are impressive in the least. Based on my experience, this item is essentially a piece of junk and waste of money. Even if it had lasted longer than my 5 minute trial run this evening, I did not find the quality or sturdiness impressive at all. I will NOT be buying any more of these plastic Pilates boards after my VERY disappointing experience with this one! Now it will be a pain to return a large and bulky item.

This is very nice in that it’s compact, easy to fold and put up and there are a decent amount of exercises you can do on it! For the negatives. I do Club Pilates (4-6x a week). I know a lot of people who get this might not and will like the convenience of something at home, but I personally don’t think you’d get a whole lot out of this board unless you want it for easy at home workouts. The resistance isn’t adjustable at all. It’s kind of one weight (maybe like 3-5lbs resistance?) and that’s all you get. I wish you could adjust the resistance for lunging, scooters, and plank crunches. I WILL SAY, I am 175lbs and can EASILY do shoulder hinge at on these gliders! It doesn’t stick at all. I haven’t messed with the arm bands yet, but the gliders are incredible. If you do more planks, shoulder work, etc., I don’t think you’ll see an issue with it! I just wish there were some way to be able to change the resistance. Great product though overall for what it costs! Super functional (:
