Wasn’t sure how this was going to work really. But I thought I’d give it a go - great way to ease into Pilates - the rubber weight band hook in nicely and don’t fly out. Just make sure you turn each one to lock. The hand rails can be used as one piece or unlock and each handle can be used separately to do various exercises. It appears to be pretty sturdy and really easy to fold and put away. The size is nice - especially when folded. For the size and functionality of this - the design is pretty clever really. Good buy for the money - I do wish there was a link to various exercises that could be used instead of having to research online.

The board is easy to fold/unfold and stores really easily. It's pretty simple, but gives good results. You can definitely feel the burn. The board itself kind of feels cheap I guess, but you're also paying for the convenience. The non-slip pads don't do anything on tile. Lots of slipping, but that can be fixed by placing a yoga mat down first. Also, not stable enough to have both feet on the sliding part for standing exercises

So it is really easy to put together. Great workout variety. I live the design. It made working out so fun and it wasn't to much. I have back pain and it was very easy. My dog did eat the handles so I am buying again. Its very worth it.

I think it's a nifty little contraption. I just got and used it for the first time. It was easy to set up and easy to store away. It does what it says it does. It gives some resistance when exercising so you actually feel like your usual moves are doing something. More Experienced people may find it boring or not worth the money, but for someone less experienced and with chronic pain conditions, I say it's great. It helps make exercising easier.

This thing is great! It’s really so simple yet something you never knew you needed. I never looked forward to doing abdominal exercises or working out my arms with weights. Always found it tedious and uncomfortable. But with this it makes those exercises so much easier and comfortable. This can take the place of sit-ups, crunches, side crunches, and many more abdominal exercises. The arm resistance bands are so much better than I thought they would be and really work. Certain exercises will work your legs and butt too. Pretty much everything works your abdominal area. It’s easy and it activates your body right away. The board seems well made to me. I will be taking camping with me! I love that I actually look forward to the work out which is something I’ve never said before! I am a tiny person but my husband who is 6 ft tall didn’t have any problem with it. I recommend!

Love this fold and go reformer! Found videos on YouTube to start working out. Slides easily, will catch at the fold but keep it above or below the fold depending on the activity helps. The rubber pads on the bottom didn't stay on, had to glue them back on but haven’t had any issues with them since. Love getting my workout in daily without having to leave the house. Great buy.
