I've been exercising daily to retain joint mobility and increase strength and when I saw this exercise bar kit with resistance bands, it looked like a good choice for someone who doesn't have a lot of space for exercise equipment. I'm really pleased with it. It's easy to assemble and comes with a chart of exercises you can do with the bar and bands. It's very compact and fits in a small storage bag when not in use. Though the exercise chart is great, there's more info on the listing that isn't covered in the chart, such as use of the ankle bands. The resistance bands are supposed to be 20, 30 and 50 pounds but they seem to be about half that for each band. If you need more resistance you can "stack" the bands. I liked this so much that I bought one to send to a friend for her birthday and she just loves it so I would say this makes a great gift. ... show more

I received it fast but most importantly, it’s long enough I can do all of the exercises on the paper and my toddler hooks up another little set and I just clip it to my little bar on the side and she think she’s doing it right along with me and I’m able to work out and I just absolutely love this.
