There are reformers that cost 5 times as much as this one, but I don’t see how they could be much better. This is sturdy, the springs are strong, the movement is smooth. It comes with a jump pad and a box. My only criticism is that the upholstery on the foot bar is thinner than that of the foot pad and carriage and I’m a little worried it will not last too long. But over all, a great reformer. It was easy to assemble and aside from having my husband lift the carriage to slide it on, I was able to do it myself with no additional tools (although power tools probably would have made it faster). It was packaged well, so no damage to any parts. And the parts were well labeled and the instructions were easy to follow. I really could not be any more pleased.

Good quality at a great price point. Could have spent more but for what??? Nice heavy solid construction, a perfectly smooth carriage glide. Even arrived more quickly than expected. Very helpful to have a second person for assembly- especially for sliding the bed on the base - but otherwise easy for one person to assemble. Like the other reviews say - it’s heavy. Nice & stable when you’re using it. Hand straps are double loop but not heavily padded. They are attached by a loop that figure 8s through a loop at the end of the ropes. So you if you want to upgrade them you’ll need a couple of carabiners. The only design flaw I found is that the shoulder pads are not flush to the body pad. It would be nice if the installed plates offered additional hole options forward & back. That said, they do have an extra width setting if you are a bigger person. Very happy with this purchase! EDIT: I still like this machine a lot and think it’s great for Home use at a reasonable price point. That said, the foot bar leaves a bit to be desired. It often does not lock in without some finagling. Unfortunately, this means you can’t do it easily with your feet so you have to get up and readjust it in between exercises. Then you need to double check that it is secure so you don’t get a surprise!

I loved this reformer. I spent thousands on Pilate classes, with waitlists and class schedules that didn't work for my schedule. Now, I can work out or just stretch everyday in the privacy of my home. There are amazing YouTube videos to gain new ideas and techniques. I use the technique learned in class and absolutely love my Pilates reformer. Super easy to put together and use. I have had arthritis for 30 years. I struggled with mobility. This reformer has changed my life! Solid, sturdy construction that can fold away if space is an issue. Smooth and quiet glide, even over the fold point.

I really love this reformer. I don't feel it's wobbly or unstable at all and I'm 200 pounds. It looks and feels really nice, like a more expensive reformer. I did have one minor thing. One of the red springs was a little annoying. The red part kept popping out of it. I was just living with it for a while because,whatever, I'll just pop it back in each time I have to. But then a few months after I bought it I messaged the seller and just asked if they had any suggestions. They promptly sent out a new red spring (even though it was way beyond the date any other company would support their product) and it was easy to install. I feel that they really stand behind their product so if you do have any issues and reach out with pictures they will do what they can to help. Update: another issue. Messaged company and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue. I do wonder if any of the bad reviews because of something with the equipment even bothered to contact the seller because they have been very quick and willing to resolve any issues with the product even if it costs them money. It hasn't cost me anything at this point besides the original price of the product. This reformer is worth the price especially when you can really on this type of customer service if anything goes wrong. I don't think I can say that about almost anything else I've bought. Hopefully it out lasts the 2 year warranty.. but it's a really good reformer that isn't 4000 in the meantime. Those come with 10 year warranties so I think it's comparable support.
