How long does it take to start seeing results from Spruce? Spruce starts working immediately with visible results in 1 hour. Visible results may include leaf darkening, yellowing or browning of the leaves, wilting or curling. When used as directed, complete death of the weed iscan be achieved by 24 hours. How often should I use Spruce? Use at the first sign of weed growth. Visible signs of product efficacy will be seen within 1 hour. Reapply as needed. What if I have difficulty getting my Spruce Powerwand to spray? Some devices can take 1 minute to spray for the first time or in-between uses. If your device is taking over 30 seconds to spray, try tapping the flat side of the white wand/handle against the palm of your hand or against a hard flat surface. I treated weeds with Spruce and it unexpectedly rained. Did the product I applied get washed off? Do I need to reapply? For best results, Spruce should be applied during a dry, sunny day, when the temperature is above 60°F. Pop-up rain showers do occur, and Spruce is formulated to be rainproof within 10 minutes of spraying. It really works

Finally something I feel comfortable using that is safe and actually works. You spray it directly on the weeds and in about an hour it’s dead. I used it about 4 times over the course of a few weeks and now I rarely use it because it gets down into the roots and I guess the weeds never come back. I used it over mulch as well and it worked!! No bending down either because the wand reaches down.

It works very well and smells nice but you will notice weeds coming back in about 3 weeks, unfortunately. But it’s safe for my pets so I just bought a couple of them. The spray attachment works like a dream! Nice steady stream.

Battery powered wand is great, not as effective as I need

The best feature is not having to pump pressure into the jug. The smell is sort of citrus and not offensive. I do feel the refill cost is a bit high and it doesn't seem to cover a lot of area. I'm on my third refill already and nowhere near done with weed control. I don't feel it's as effective as other weed killers. It's very easy to use, lightweight and the battery powered wand is amazing. Getting it set up is very simple and I feel safe using it. I'm just not totally satisfied with it overall, due to refill cost and needing to keep buying more.

It works …even on poison ivy!!!

By far the best weed killing product you can get now. With safety and environmental regulations requirements most weed killers no longer do the job so I was much relieved to find this product that not only works in under an hour for it to be effective you must cover the weed (because it works by “suffocation” so if you overspray a bit onto a neighboring plant that section might suffer but you won’t loose it. 10 out of 10 so I will use it throughout growing seasons. It is a bit pricey as you need to use more than traditional sprays but it works …even on poison ivy!!!

I decided to try this weed killer because of the safety for pets and bees. I've been trying to do better at buying products that are better for the environment as a whole even though they are a bit more expensive. I had also noticed my GSP was having an upset stomach on the days I would spray Roundup. While it definitely doesn't work as well on the larger weeds, it's a compromise I'm willing to make for the safety of my dogs and the bees that I hardly ever see in this part of the country anymore. I've used it twice and my GSP hasn't had any issues. It does have a strong odor but I wasn't surprised since I have already switched over to organic fertilizer and natural insecticide. They all smell unique due to the natural components used but nothing I can't deal with. Will definitely buy again as it is easy to use and serves its purpose, while keeping my dogs safe. It's already mixed and the sprayer emits a fair amount of product.

This stuff is the best! It won't kill you like the other stuff does, it's safe around animals and bugs and it works within a half hour. I have a very bad back and the foldable long sprayer is great because I do not have to bend. It's ceaper than using vinegar.
