Standing Platform Pads Balanced Body offers custom–sized pads for the built–in standing platforms on its Reformers. These pads provide an improved, easy–to–use alternative to folded towels. I received my Faittd Pilates reformer (maple wood) today. It arrived a week earlier than quoted which was a wonderful surprise. I received consistent communication from the company from the time of purchase up to delivery. The reformer came in a shipping crate and the crate had some external damage, (shipping company problem not the fault of Faittd) but the reformer inside was packaged well and was in perfect condition when unpacked. My previous experience with reformers was on a Body Balance Studio reformer and I would say that the quality is extremely close, with only a few small differences of note. I did find that the ropes are a bit thinner than that of the Balanced Body, but that in no way affected my workout, just a difference that I noticed. As a few others have mentioned, the padding on the carriage is thinner and not as cushioned as the BB, but for myself this is not an issue and I actually feel that it is a more stable surface when standing on the carriage for exercises. The wood is beautiful clear maple, and is very sturdy. I appreciate that this package came with the jump board, one grippy and one cushioned platform extender and the big box. Those are usually an extra cost with Balanced Body and most other high end reformers. The straps are padded and lined with a soft velvety material that feels quite nice to the touch. I really like the different levels of spring adjustments that are available as you progress in your training. The carriage glides very smoothly and is very quiet. Overall I feel like I got a high quality reformer for thousands less than the Balanced Body Studio. This is a newer company and wasn't sure that I should take a chance on them, but Im quite happy I did. ** one thing of note: When I was assembling the reformer, which was extremely easy I might add, I thought I was missing some of the black knobs that attach the rope riser arms to the main body of the machine as shown in their manual. I even went as far as contacting the company to have replacements sent before I realized that they have actually redesigned that area with bolt nuts integrated into the wood and the knobs are no longer needed. I received email back from the company promptly and they also explained this and said that they are in fact in the process of revamping their instruction manual with this new information. ** ... show more

I was skeptical ordering a reformer without being able to try it out first. My studio uses balanced body reformers with a wall spring board. I wanted something of equal quality but for half the price ..(haha impossible, right) Faittd far exceeded these expectations! The superb pre= delivery customer service kept me fully informed and up to date. The packaging and delivery of my reformer was amazing. Packed in a box in a hugh wooden crate the equiptment was in pristine condition upon unpacking. My husband and I were able to carry the reformer bed (about 125 pounds) and all the individual components upstairs. The reformer was easy to assemble with provided written instructions. I did not understand the instructions for assembly of the tower. I called customer service and was immediatly provided with a video. I was still struggling and was asked to send pictures. I had a clear and concise explanation the next morning and quickly finished the assembly. I wake up every morning excited to go upstairs to workout. I have done several reformer workouts, a couple of jump board workouts and a tower workout and combinations of all of the above. The quality of the equiptment is so good. I feel like it's sturdier than the studio reformers I have been using and I feel stronger after every workout. I love that I have the reformer at home and can workout every day. No concerns of driving to and from studio, hoping to be able to schedule the class I want, hoping the instructor is on point that day AND not having to pay for every class. I discovered Pilates Reformer at a studio in my town. Loved it so much, I wanted to be able to do it from home. I asked my instructor to recommend some brands, and she gave me the "big name" brands. I found this one by Faittd, and the excellent reviews even compared it to the same brands she recommended, but at a much lower cost, so I took the chance - and I am very pleased! Although it is somewhat different than the Reformer we use in the studio, it has all the same basic components. It also comes with the jump board, box, and two other pads (not sure what they're called) which is awesome, as it avoids extra things to purchase. The straps are soft and comfortable, and I love having the ropes (our studio equipment uses leather straps). I did have my instructor come to my house to help me configure it for my size, and she even said that it's a very nice setup! What's more - I actually have a LIVE person I can text with questions, which was an amazing asset. That alone is worth a lot! I am so pleased to be able to do my Reformer workouts at home on such beautiful, high-quality equipment! ... show more

I had previously taken classes on a Balanced Body reformer and decided to order my own reformer for my house. The picture of the Faittd reformer looked very similar to the one in the classes but was a little cheaper than that one. I read all the reviews given for the Faittd one that people who had purchased it had written and all the reviews were positive. So I decided to order it and have had it a little over a week now. I am very pleased with the quality and performance of the machine. I had one little issue before it came and I called the company and they were very helpful and nice and took care of the issue. When you're spending close to $4000 on something, the least they could provide is all necessary parts in order to build it directions wouldn't hurt either. This item was late. I am still trying to figure out how to use it as I do not have any instructions, I'm getting really fed up with Amazon.

The communication with the seller was excellent. Got regular tracking updates and when it arrived to local delivery. They local delivery dropped a huge box in my driveway. The crate was damaged, so I was concerned about the contents. When I opened it, everything was perfect. I took about 2 hours to move it inside and put it together and then it was ready to use. I will let you know, that it will take two people, it's heavy and large...but not that either of those should shock you. I have been using it daily and it has exceeded my expectations. It's easy to use, springs are great and it glides beautifully. It is also heavy and doesn't move. I would 10/10 recommend this product and I am so happy to have it. It was an investment, but where I live there are limited options for pilates and the prices for classes just keeps increasing. This machine will soon pay for itself! ... show more

I love this reformer. It’s construction is sturdy and finished perfectly. The seller was in constant communication about delivery and worked with the delivery team to get it to us before a trip. The shipping company provided excellent customer service. We are in our 70s and insisted that they would do the heavy lifting to get it to our door. Can’t say enough about how pleased I am. Now I can do Pilates at home and not pay high fees for club membership. There is only one thing I’d change. The shoulder braces are hard. Wish they were cushy. This reformer is rock solid In construction and materials, and it’s handsome to look at as well. Dee Dee provided constant information on delivery (which we requested be delayed for our convenience). When it arrived the online instructions were very easy to follow; I had it assembled in 30 minutes. The packaging for the reformer was remarkable in its own right / it is the most expensive and well designed that I’ve seen. Overall I give this equipment and Faittd five big stars.
