The wood looks nice and very securely packed. however, I am so disappointed with this reformer. The quality is questionable, size is smaller than a regular reformers, it makes annoying sound when it glides, springs are so hard to adjust and oddly made, if you aren’t careful with it, your fingers will always get caught from it. The board is way shorter, hard to jump on it. The box is so light, I dont feel stable and safe in it. ... show more

This is a great Pilates reformer! It arrived in a well-packaged crate, ensuring it was in perfect condition with no dings or scratches. Setup was incredibly easy—just unpack, unfold, and you’re ready to go. It’s very beginner-friendly, making it a great choice for those new to Pilates. I waited about two months before writing this review to give it a fair assessment. After moderate use since January, the reformer still glides smoothly and functions flawlessly.     • Cracked wood on reformer
I would not recommend. I purchased my reformer back in March of 2024. I paid a lot of money I forgot the exact amount maybe1,300 . Last week I noticed while I was folding it up to move it there was a big Crack in the wood that attaches to the foot bar that gets a lot of use. I reached out to the Company and let them know what has happened. There reply was that I've had it to long for them to honor it. And for me to get some glue and fix it myself. Im not sure this will fix it but I will try. Its in a place that could cause me to get hurt if it gives away with certain exercises that I do. So its not worth the money if it cant hold up to the exercises. Im not asking to replace the whole thing but maybe the half that cracked. ... show more

I opened the large box and unwrapped and rolled out my foldable reformer, with the extras included. No instructions, but very easy to add the pegs to the shoulder wrests. From watching how to fold it upright. All springs on and standing inside the reformer when pulling up is the way to go. I am so glad I purchased this reformer with all the extras included. (.
