This is a beautiful machine. My only negative comment is the track, because it bends in half for easy storage has the slightest catch at times. Do not let that stop you from purchasing this wonderful machine. The shipping is excellent, easy to assemble. Give it two weeks for shipping information as it is international transport. I love this machine.

This is a great Pilates reformer! It arrived in a well-packaged crate, ensuring it was in perfect condition with no dings or scratches. Setup was incredibly easy—just unpack, unfold, and you’re ready to go. It’s very beginner-friendly, making it a great choice for those new to Pilates. I waited about two months before writing this review to give it a fair assessment. After moderate use since January, the reformer still glides smoothly and functions flawlessly. I would have given it five stars, but my only complaint is that the carriage box accessory is too small. Other than that, it’s an excellent machine!

I opened the large box and unwrapped and rolled out my foldable reformer, with the extras included. No instructions, but very easy to add the pegs to the shoulder wrests. From watching how to fold it upright. All springs on and standing inside the reformer when pulling up is the way to go. I am so glad I purchased this reformer with all the extras included. (. Box, jumpbourd, extra standing platform insert. Very happy customer. Thank you!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. I had to write a review on this product, great quality, durable and craftsmanship. Delivery was top notch also. I included a picture of the shipping crate. I took a chance because it didn’t have many reviews, but I am more than happy with this Pilate machine, and it comes with everything that is in the picture.

Amazon only says "imported", like that is a good thing. This is made of crappy plantation rubber wood and junk components. Buyer be ware.....

Overall it’s a sturdy piece of equipment. It arrived in a difficult to open wooden crate. Each piece was covered in a tight plastic wrap that was impossible to fully remove due to some pieces being impossible to disassemble. The machine worked good for 2 months but now the left side the board is rubbing against the frame so it is carving into the wood and making it difficult to move with the extra friction. There is no help with customer service.

Exceeded my expectations. Does everything the class reformers do, just slightly lower to the ground. Amazing buy for the price. Other wooden reformers are $3k+. Only gave 4 stars b/c there's a gap on the track (to allow it to fold up) that makes it a less smooth glide. Easy to assemble and comes with a box and platform insert.
