    • works great. j1772 connector a little tight
Bought this directly from Primecom.tech at their website instead of Amazon. Spoke with them before buying to get some questions answered. They were very helpful in answering my questions and making a recommendation about which plug type to buy. Product was easy to install and pretty much works as promised. I like that it supports up to 50 amps. A lot of the other chargers out there are 40 amps or less. I bought this to use with a Ford Mustang Mach-e which can use up to 48 amps. My only complaints are that the manual could be better and that the J1772 connector is a little tight when I try to insert or remove it. I was hoping this might clear up as I plug/un-plug it over time but so far after a week or two it still remains tight. It does insert and come off but just with a little tugging. The J1772 connector that came with the MME's portable charger doesn't have this problem. ... show more
