I’ve tried many vitamins and these by far have been the best. They are definitely strong though, so if you are sensitive or are starting at super low levels, I highly recommend starting with just one a day. Like many, I experienced pretty intense fatigue initially, but bumped down to once a day with dinner and it sits much better with me.

This is my second time using this multi vitamin. The first time I took the dosage as shown on the bottle(2 pills). I didn't experience any side effects at the time. I liked them but they are expensive. So I took a break from them. Now I am trying them again and decided to only take 1 pill a day. They are very strong. They have way too much of some ingredients for what your body truly needs. I feel like this is the best way for me to take them and save some money. I took 2 one day (for grins) and got the worst headache so I feel I am one the right track with these now. I feel like I have more energy than before. I haven't had any taste or smell issues with them. They are a bit large but that isn't an issue for me. I think I will stick with these for a while.

Dose is 2 capsules so the (expensive) supply depletes fast, and the nausea was horrible, even when I took it with food. Update: I changed them to 3 stars for their customer service. They offered a recommendation for an easier-on-the-stomach version replacement (I declined since I bought my old brand already), but didn't hesitate to offer a refund.

I've been taking Primal Harvest Women+ for about a month now, and honestly, I’m impressed. I’ve noticed a solid boost in my energy and focus, especially during the afternoon slump (no more dragging myself through the day with extra coffee 🙌). The capsules are super easy to take, and while the smell when you first open the bottle is a little strong, it goes away quickly and doesn’t linger after you take them. What I really like is that this isn’t your basic multivitamin; it has extras like GABA, choline, lutein, and other stuff that supports things like brain health, skin, and overall vibes (yes, I said vibes). It feels like it was made with modern women in mind, which I appreciate. It’s a little pricier than some other options, but I honestly feel like it’s worth it for how it makes me feel.
