This deal started out on the wrong foot to begin with. They sent the wrong chair. I ordered the med version, they sent a basic model. A $900.00 difference. I agreed to a refund of that difference. After less than four months of use (total daily runtime of less than 30 minutes) the batteries do not hold a charge, and die without even 30 minutes of use. I contacted the seller and was told I had to contact the battery supplier/manufacturer about any issues. I asked for the battery manufacturer’s name and contact info, as of yet I have received neither. When I purchase a product from a company I should not have to deal with every parts supplier for that product. When a product is under warranty I should only have to deal with the company (SpinLife) that I purchased from and who excepted my payment. I have purchased many Pride products (power chairs, scooters, etc.) in the past. My very first scooter was a Pride Maxima, purchased through Spin Life , when I had issues (including batteries) with the Maxima, I contacted Spin Life and they fixed the problem. They didn’t send me to a parts supplier. The new “pass the buck, not our problem” mentality in business today. ... show more
