This warranty does not extend to those items which may require replacement due to normal wear and tear.

They get a zero star rating, can’t get through to speak with someone at the listed numbers, there live chat does not respond either I emailed them and never heard from anyone! This company will be reported to the BBB if I don’t get any satisfaction, I’m only trying to get help with charging the batteries for some reason it’s not taking a charge?

It’s not working, never has and it’s just an inconvenience on my behalf,
I purchased this product and have yet to be able to use it because of the battery not charging or working. For the price that you all have charged for this product they should be no problems.. I was in dying in need of this product to be able to be used immediately and I have not been able to use it at all after having it for two weeks. Not a happy customer.

Check out what you are buying when you spend this much money
It has good power but I have lost 3 of the bolts for the caster wheels and I don't think the batteries are very good they use up the charge really fast
