I received mine a couple days ago. I got the blue one , first I want to say the extended headrest isn’t included but I highly recommend it for you kiddo. The product is high quality and kinda heavy and long when folded up. There’s a little instruction book but really not a lot to put together , I had got the extension that kept it from tipping but it was super easy to figure out with out reading the manual . I highly recommend this stroller though it’s super easy to push and my little/big guy is 100lbs. With all that said , I did want the extended headrest and was confused on how to put the canopy on and the instructions didn’t cover it so I contacted the company directly and I was so impressed on how quick they responded and gave me a link to purchase the headrest and also walked me through instruction on how to put stuff together! I highly recommend this company in general! They was so hands on with me ! They even stayed on my order and made sure I got the right color before they shipped what I needed! They stayed in almost instant communication with me even hours later and even the next day. You just don’t get proper customer service like that now a days! Plus the quality so far is impressive the only downside is that it’s heavy and long ( make sure you have a lot of room in your vehicle for it) but it’s ok , I guess it has to be to be able to handle the weight.

Cheeply made, fist day using it 2 straps broke, the the brakes were messed up and kept locking itself while pushing it. The shade addition we paid extra for doesn't match the color and won't stay on just poops off randomly. Contacted the seller only offered to exchange it for the same thing after I had someone repair it multiple times. Save your self the headache go with another seller

In the stroller ad it says that the accessories are included the waterproof canopy, storage basket and anti-tippers but it's a mistake it doesn't come with any of this.

My daughter is 28 with cp, her home chair doesn’t transport so we needed a go chair. This chair works great. Here are the things we needed to add or needed. I added straps to the foot rest & the 5 point harness snap my daughter can pop, it doesn’t lock tight I am guessing just not good quality. I added a strap to that also. There isn’t a head rest, she is 5’2 ish lol so we have to keep the umbrella on so her head doesn’t fall back. We have had to spend up to $5k on other chairs that don’t hold up so the price point on this was definitely attractive to us. My daughter is 80 lbs I went with the 16 but probably could have went to a 14. If they could put a better lock for the harness that would be the biggest difference. If you have a child with high tone just be aware they will pop that lock.

I bought this for my adult disabled daughter to take on vacations when we fly, so I don't have to take her large adaptive stroller! I can't believe the quality of this chair, the seat is padded and made with quality material. I got the canopy (it has a zipper pocket in the back), which isn't bulky and will be easy to travel with, It folds like an umbrella stroller. It has the storage underneath, the foot rests are easy to put on and it comes with tools!!! Her Convaid Rodeo Tilt cost $16,000 and it's really hard to travel with due to the large size and fear of it getting broken. This chair was $900 total and is great!!! I'm so happy with this purchase!!! I just wish there were more color options. If there are any problems, I'll update after our trip in July.
