I bought the 602a-12l. it is absolutely awesome! I'm having a hip replacement and cannot put any weight on my right leg until my surgery which is in 3 months. this is perfect for me. it does have some negative points to it. it is narrow. I am almost 6 ft tall weigh 200 lb. it's absolutely perfect for me. if I was bigger it would be a bit too small. I use it in the home so I use it in what's called the turtle mode which is supposed to be slower. it goes very fast even in the turtle mode. I'm not using the foot rests so you have to be extremely careful when not using those it would be very easy to get hurt not using them.. if I was using it with the foot rest on it I would not be able to make the sharp turn into my bedroom. it definitely has a learning curve on how to turn properly and stop properly. once you get used to it, it's extremely easy to. For the money it is an awesome electric wheelchair. not sure yet how long the battery will last. but it only took 2 hours to charge and I have been using it for 4 days and have not had to charge it yet. The directions for connecting the battery are very vague. but all you have to do is connect two red ends together underneath. also, the instructions were very vague on connecting the remote control. it has a plastic screw on piece that attaches underneath the remote to the arm of the chair. couldn't find it for the longest time. finally went to the box and emptied the box and there it was in the bottom of the box. like it had just been thrown into the box as an afterthought. it's also heavier than I thought it would be, I have back issues and I cannot lift it to put it in the car.

This product is awesome. Easy to install and it is heavy weight compacity. VERY COMFORTABLE!!! I WENT TO THE ZOOM WITH MY GRANDBABY AND I WAS QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE SUPPORT, THE SEATING AND THE LENTH OF THE BATTERY. I RODE FROM 8AM-3PM AND THE BATTERY USED ONLY 1 BAR. I LOVE THIS CHAIR. I purchased this for my elderly mother who is visiting and always wants to go to activities with my kids but can't keep up. This did the trick. First, it's very comfortable, it's also extremely easy to pack up and place in the trunk. But most important, it's capable of going across nearly every surface without issue. It's a great purchase! This chair arrived to me very well packaged from the start. I was impressed with that after unpacking it and getting it and using it it is giving me the freedom to go out again and Shoppe and move around with five back surgeries. It was very difficult for me to walk any type of distance, I now have the freedom again to enjoy life. I am very well pleased with the product. I’m about two months now and I will continue to keep everybody informed.

Chair is heavy making it difficult to load into vehicle. Front wheels are to big, feet get entangled if using without foot rests. Does not brake automatically when you stop. Has manual brakes tha5 are hard to push back. I took a tumble when parked on slight slope. Don't buy unless you are somewhat mobile and strong. Sending it back.

Having used the Zenbon 20 Mile Cruiser electric wheelchair for a year, I feel compelled to share my experience, especially given its high price point and the issues I've encountered. *** Performance and Comfort Initially, the Zenbon wheelchair worked quite well. It offered decent maneuverability and comfort for daily use. The 20-mile range was a significant plus, allowing me to navigate my routine without worrying about running out of power. When operational, it provided a smooth ride, which made a difference in my daily activities. ***Customer Support and Reliability Unfortunately, my positive experience took a turn when I attempted to turn off the backup beep. Following the instructions to press the power and horn buttons simultaneously, the chair unexpectedly blinked out, and I now find myself unable to restart it. This incident highlights a significant flaw: the lack of reliable customer support. Attempts to reach out for assistance have proven futile, leaving me stranded without a working wheelchair. *** Financial Considerations Given the high cost of the Zenbon wheelchair, it's incredibly frustrating to be stuck making payments on a model that is currently unusable. The absence of support means that if something goes wrong—like it has in my case—you're left with few options and no guidance on how to resolve the issue. *** Final Thoughts While the wheelchair worked fine when it was functional, the lack of adequate customer service and support is a serious concern. I can't say anything about the cruising range. I don't go that far from home. The voice information is a nice touch. Thank Heaven I can turn it off in church. Very comfortable. Moves fast with 5 speeds.
