Well, it came with 1 stake and one bungy missing. Has 5 anchor holes but only 4 sets. Other than that, easy to install and works Perfect.

We've only used this once on our weekend 'gl'amping trip last week, but it installed easily and seemed to work well. We didn't really need it for this trip because it was pretty cool and partly cloudy most of the weekend. We were mostly giving it a trial run. It does seem well made and seemed to handle the (fairly strong) wind pretty well. The added feel of privacy was nice. It is nice that you can un-zip the lower part quickly if a high wind (storm) is expected, and that the upper part rolls up nicely with the awning when you retract it. I gave it 4 stars in durability and value because I don't feel I can give an objective rating on that until we use it more, especially when it is hot and sunny.

Nice item that does block out the sun and keep some heat out. It installs easy and is easily removable. I do like the way you can roll up the shorter attached piece into the awning with no trouble.

Easy to install the upper panel with a short ladder and an extra set of hands to keep the shade straight as it was pulled into the track. Lower zip on portion easy to install solo. Anchor stakes plastic. Ok for some sites. I also have a set of metal stakes and some line to adjust the pitch.

The awning itself is good and really like it. But the center grommet fell out of the first one I purchased. Then got a replacement and it's doing the same thing before I even try to use it. Same grommet location. Guess the manufacturing process isn't right for that grommet. I will come up with something. These are needed to anchor the outer edge down.
