  • So far it’s excellent
3 month UPDATE: I traveled via car with this chair and it folded, fit in the trunk of a Hyundai Sonata along with a suitcase and smaller travel bag. We lifted it easily in and out, if you have 2 people it just makes it a little easier than solo. Was great in a hotel, maneuvered well in the elevator, nice turning ability in small space. The true test was outside on pavement, sidewalks, and grass - even a little mud (which I do not suggest!) but great on grass. Worked well on the wheel chair ramps too, no issue with the inclines. Used it steady for a few hours and only dropped one battery line - holds a charge! Got lots of compliments on it but that’s not the point, mobility is and it still scores 5 stars from me. AND: For those with folding issues, I will say that you have to make sure the front wheels turn sideways when folding! I had trouble one time and I’d folded numerous times before, so at first I wondered why, what happened? But then I saw the front wheel was lined up perfect with the back wheel and it prevents the folding down/forward of the back of the seat. Once I moved the front wheels sideways it folded no problem! First week with this chair. I shopped around and decided this looked like the chair for me. I am not disappointed. The folding/unfolding capability is easy, the joy stick is super responsive, I am able to maneuver around my home. All four speeds work effectively, 3&4 are fast, I’ll use those outdoors. I have not been able to take it outside on the sidewalks and grass yet due to the rain. I’ve only owned a simple manual wheelchair, so I have no comparison to other motorized chairs, but so far this has been 100% as advertised. If needed I will come back and edit after more use. ... show more

  • Don't buy
Terrible chair. I bought this for my son, who cannot walk, before our vacation. The chair broke 3 days into the trip. It wasn't driving properly, the breaks were slow, it stop folding up and theres NO manual mode. The chair ended up being a nightmare to deal with.

  • Great looking and almost perfect
This chair looks great and operates wonderfully. The various speed settings let you deal with various crowd situations from a tight auditorium to an open parking lot. The chair is surprisingly comfortable. I'm 6' 2" and 240 lbs. and it fits me like a glove with plenty of power. As they recommend, it is not good in loose gravel; it needs a hard surface. Going across grass is a bumpy ride. The major drawback of the chair is that when folded it becomes a brick. It doesn't roll at all when folded; the wheels don't turn. When you fold it, you have to heft it, which isn't easy given the bulk and weight. You can remove the battery first before hefting it into the trunk to make it easier to lift but that's an extra step especially in the rain. So folded, it's bulky and awkward to lift. It's necessary to walk the unit to the car before folding it and loading it. But it looks cool and moves well. I'd still buy this one knowing it isn't perfect. ... show more

  • Currently, only one of the best wheelchairs in this category is available in the market.
The W1 wheelchair is a compact and lightweight device with a battery of approximately 52 pounds. Its easy-to-fold design makes it highly travel-friendly. I am currently using this wheelchair for my 11-year-old son, who is using it for the first time. He has been very impressed with it, and it holds great significance for me. One of the most notable aspects of this product is the exceptional customer support. I am hopeful that the company will continue to develop and release more advanced products that are accessible to a wider range of individuals. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team for making life easier for people. In addition to its functional features, the wheelchair has good build quality. The compact design and excellent value for money, along with its comfort, make it an exceptional choice. ... show more

  • HEAVY AND DIFFICULT TO FOLD
Although I’ve had it for a few weeks, I have not used it a lot. There are several things I like about the chair, but some disappointments. I do not care for the angle of the back, which cannot be adjusted. Also, and more importantly, it is much happier than advertised. Also, You have to engage a pedal to fold the chair, You have to step on it, while at the same time pulling up on the handle. I find this to be extremely difficult with my disability. ... show more

  • May not be safe
Edit…editing this review… Customer Service went above and beyond to make this right…sent the parts right away and made sure we were able to fix…checked back with us twice to make sure all was good! I bought this for my 91 year old dad…he has very little use of his legs after several back an neck surgeries…he’s been using a walker 100% of the time just to get around and after several falls decided to try the chair…he doesn’t go out of the house often due to how hard it is…this morning he made it to church only to have the wheel fall off the chair while he was in it…I really had high hopes for this chair…hoping their customer service takes care of this…will keep you updated ... show more

  • Good wheelchair and Customer support very helpful
I really like the wheelchair but I had an issue with it folding up initially. Customer support was very helpful and they resolved the issue!

  • Item does not fold up as advertised that it does.
Have had this since September and still can not figure out how to fold it up. Have called manufacturer who says they'll call back and if they do it's useless. Video on website is of no use because it doesn't show person actually folding it up. Manual/video says 2-3 steps to fold it. It's clearly not made to fold up as it advertises that it does. FY!: This chair is not for someone who is tall or big. Arms do not fold up so you are not able to transfer into it. ... show more
