The Rollator is wonderful. I used it on a large cruise ship. Without the wheelchair, I would not have been able to walk the distances on the decks and to visit the ports with just a walker. The battery lasts about 5 hours and takes about same time to recharge. I haven't gotten the hang of the walker part. It's too fast for my 88 years. I like that it folds compactly. Biggest disadvantage is the 38-lb weight. I can't lift it into and out of my car by myself. Need help that is not always available.

BUY IT !!! Purchased for my 95 yo parent and could not be more pleased. Set it up and read operating instructions in 10 minutes. Very easy to use as a rollator and wheelchair. 360 turn radius with 5 speeds. Lightweight, folds easily to place in back of vehicle.. As an Occupational Therapy Practitioner this is a game changer for community distances and to promote and maintain independence. Highly Recommend this product.

I really don't like it because i can't use it because it didn't come with instructions. Update found the instructions it drives really nice it takes a little while to get used to the joystick but other than that I have no complaints. I have a 2001 Honda Accord if it's perfectly in the back seat or in my trunk. Like I said this thing is awesome it's exactly what they said it would be and more

At first, I felt that the rear wheels didn’t have enough grip, so I contacted customer service. They suggested loosening the back strap and sitting slightly further back. After following their advice, the issue was perfectly resolved. I’m now very satisfied with the chair!
