I love this so much! We got 2 because my Mom and I both use walkers for different reasons and need a wheelchair for longer distances. We’re taking a trip to Biltmore and my husband cannot push both of us in a wheelchair. This allows us to use as a walker when able and change to an electric wheelchair as needed.     • Well made, Comfortable, Excellent Turning Radius. Wheel grip needs improving.
Bought this for husband who suffered permanent back injury several years ago. He recently spent 4 consecutive long term hospital stays making his legs too weak to stand or walk for more than 3 minutes. He was 6’8” at time of injury and has shrunk some from spinal compression but still a big boy at 220 Lbs. This chair fits him fine and he can sit in it long term without it adding discomfort. Very well made and designed for sturdiness, stability, and comfort. The seat absorbs some of the shock from bumps so very little jarring on rough surfaces. Perfect for doctor visits and regaining some independence around the house. Turning radius is small enough for our 1988 style ranch home with narrow corridors. Was a major concern and huge relief that he can maneuver it around the house without much trouble. Plenty of power to get him up a 12 degree ramp and fast enough to need a quick stride to keep up with him on highest setting. Down side, and reason for not giving 5 stars, are the rear drive wheels. I positioned the back rest as far back as possible, without too much of him hanging off the back, but the wheels still lack traction. They are made of a hard plastic like material that do not grip very well even on asphalt or a ramp with grip tape applied. Also spin on carpet with a low tight mat. Can make maneuvering a bit unpredictable but does not affect the stopping capabilities midway down a ramp. The wheels just automatically spin in reverse until the chair comes to a soft, but quick, stop. I was hoping after 2 month of spinning they would grip better but they are resilient and don’t show signs of wear even after spinning on the grip tape. Can be a plus for durability. This goes for most chairs in this class: the joystick is digital. Meaning that it does not throttle the speed. If set to 1, it only goes from zero to 1. Higher settings have a slight ramp up but are either on or not. No in between. Again, same for all electric wheel chairs with a speed setting in single digits (1-5, or more) so I thought it worth mentioning as I did not expect this as an inherent feature. Overall, it has met my expectations in quality, power, and battery life. He loves the thing and likes showing it off. Compliments we get are for the lack of bulk and practicality of overall size. He has not recovered enough to use as a walker yet so I cannot comment on that. The caregiver mode takes some getting used to as it is combined with the ‘Walker Mode’ control module on back of chair. Reading instructions is a must. It arrived 90% assembled and took about 10 - 15 min. to unpack and attach the joystick and rear controller. Is light enough to easily lift into the back of a pickup truck but may need to remove joystick to get it in and out of a back car seat or small trunk. Easily done and it stores in the on board storage bag. Foot rest are perfectly designed for folding and/or removal without the hassle we have had with the standard manual wheelchair. Would give 4 1/2 stars if I could. ... show more

Took it on a cruise. Worked very well. Less tiring to push with the motor when using as a rollator or wheelchair. Great on inclines. Only charged once in 7 days of mild usage. Doesn't take up a lot of space, so great for cruise cabin.

It is the best 3-in-1 unit! We got it for my mom almost 11 months ago and she loved it. Also their service is solid 5+! Few weeks ago it started to have some issues with its controller and response was immediate.
