The chair was quoted as having a 17.7" width seat, it is nowhere near that. We measured it five times. It's only 16.5. It is also weighted as a Max of 300 lb. Well 300 lb it might be able to hold but if a 300 lb person sits in this chair, they're going to be squeezed in like a big foot in a small sock. Very uncomfortable. Not recommended to anyone.
