    • Very sturdy chair but a bit heavy
The seat seems narrower than most 20" chairs but it works. Motors seem strong enough. Very heavy duty and strong frame for heavier people but that makes it a little heavy for lifting into the car. To fold it up you have to remove the battery pack, which weighs quite a bit on its own. It fits into my Toyota Highlander without folding so that is not a big deal. It struggles a bit on inclines but eventually gets you there. Even the foot rests are heavy duty and sturdy on this thing. It can go off road if the surface is hard only.     • The box came damaged with stuff messing and no help with returning it.
1 Star because they won’t let me give 0 stars. They don’t care about the customer and Amazon was no help at all, it cost me $472.76 to return the chair with UPS that’s over half the price of the thing. The box came with holes in it and nuts and bolts were falling out. The cable was rotated through the frame and the side panel on the right side so you couldn’t put it on the left side. The controller only let it go forward and backwards but not left or right. It was a lousy design the front wheels hit the leg support bar. ... show more

Great little chair! I purchased this chair as a backup travel chair, and it hasn't disappointed! It is a little narrow, but it's fine with the armrest up. It folded up and fit easily in my aide's Ford Escape without being too heavy. It is a fantastic value for the money, offering me the independence I need. It isn't speedy, but the battery lasted for a long time and works great. It's great to be able to go wherever I want without the limitations of public transportation! ... show more

    • Seems OK but motor seems less than advertised
UPDATE: after 1st day of use, am disappointed in many ways. There is NO way it has 15 miles of range. I went less than 5 miles to and fro the bus several times. There is less than 40% battery left. Also had to get out of chair twice to get unstuck on road. The control is quirky and when riding uneven ground a challenge to keep straight and was unable several times. While I need this kind of device, am considering a return even if having to pay shipping again. Will charge battery fully and try again on Monday before making final decision. I would rather spend considerably more for something that actually works well. On a positive note, it did manage relatively steep hills all be it sounding like it was straining. 1st impression: While the frame is sturdier than expected, the plastic feet rest are flimsy. Assembly was relatively straight forward, but the instructions are really small. Odds are someone getting this device may be elderly and poor eyesight as in my case. Skeptical the motors are really 500W each, maybe peak power, but that was not how it was listed. Provisional: It struggled on grass with small incline. I will road test tomorrow. I am glad I got it right now, but I am uncertain how it will do on hills even if paved. will update after some road time ... show more

I love the wheelchair. I cannot use it because it is to small but it is a very nice wheelchair I am hoping to find someone who can use it and get my money back.
