Not trying to stereotype here, but many things from China are poorly made in my experience. This is a definite exception! The alloy tubular framing is SOLID and thick. The welds are strong and done properly. The motors seem of exceptional quality and appear to be sealed from water intrusion and egress- same for the transfer cases (gearboxes). Wiring is of an appropriate gauge and ran in the right areas to the appropriate places. Battery is heavy, but the heavier the battery -typically - the longer the range. Battery is serviceable, just open the battery case and replace . These batteries in all scooters usually only last 3-5 years. Assembly was super easy. Control panel/joystick seems ok but please don't be rough with it, God only knows how you replace it if it breaks!!! Very comfrotable with the included cushions. If you're looking for an electric wheelchair/scooter in the price range of $400-600, this should be your pick. I've dealt with scooters for 40 years (grandparents, parents, now me, as I have MS). I'll be honest this chair exceeds the quality and durability of chairs in the $2000 price range!!! Try this chair, you will not be disappointed. I had an issue with shipping, and the seller was quick to respond and tried to make things right. I love this seller, and wish them the best. Definitely trustworthy! You can YouTube this chair and find videos of it being made in the factory. Not easy ,but I found them after digging and digging through videos, just search "Tanghomy wheelchair" and videos come up. Folding is OK, wish it folded thinner but oh well.

I purchased this wheelchair for a family member who recently went through a major health challenge. It has truly made a big difference in their daily life. The chair is lightweight but very sturdy, and it’s easy to fold and transport in the car. The seat is comfortable enough for longer outings, and the overall design feels secure and reliable. My family member feels much more independent and confident thanks to this chair. It also looks sleek and is simple to maneuver indoors and outdoors. Love this wheelchair! It only took 5 minutes to put together out of the box. It has large tires and goes really great on the gravel driveway. It goes up hill with ease. It folds up and can be placed in the trunk of the car. It is very sturdy and comfortable. I highly recommend this chair for anyone that needs a wheelchair. The price is very reasonable.

Wow, we are so impressed with this wheelchair! It shipped quickly was very easy to assemble by myself. It's functionality seems flawless! This was purchased for my dad who, among other things suffers from Parkinson's, he is able to operate this chair with ease. Most importantly, he thinks it's very comfortable, the size of the seat is perfect, it has more depth than other chairs which is really nice for longer legs! So far, the battery seems to last forever! Definitly happy with this purchase it is excellent quality and a great vale for the money. Perfectly designed!!

I bought this for my elderly father. He loves it. It has speeds so you can speed it up to go up hills or slow it down to go downhill the battery life wants charged last for a full day and longer. It's very sturdy piece of equipment. I've had no issues with it. It stores very easily folds up and easily goes in the trunk of the car. It's very easy to manipulate around corners. He often takes it to the casino with him. I would recommend this electric wheelchair to anybody that's in need especially with elderly family member.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this for our 87 year old mom, and she loves it! She is super active now that she can be mobile , this wheelchair has changed her life :) she found driving it to be quite easy and she’s 87! the battery life has been great, no problem and it’s super solid and comfortable. If you are looking for a reliable and solid electric wheelchair, this one is a great value and solid! I bought it because of the large tires, it just looks safe!

Overall, it's a well built, heavy chair, but it has a couple of serious issues. First is the control stick. This thing has a mind of its own. I can let go of it and it does NOT stop immediately. Then my old chair reacts to the direction I send the stick forward, left or right, but this lags and caused me to run into a door frame and that was quit painful. . The second biggest issue I have is the battery. The battery that I have on my old wheelchair is much smaller, half this size yet it'll haul me around for 15 miles, this battery is a size of a car. Yet the Batteries is heavy and bulky and I charged it fully and I'm in yellow within two hours of use. And my third issue is their service. I have not been using this year. It literally has not worked and got an hour use on it before I put it in my storage and replacing it again because one is heavier than it depicted when I purchased it but their service and they're so-called warranty and standing behind their product sucks as I sent a message earlier on when I purchased this which was about six months ago with the same problems from day one and never even got a response leaving me to the point where normally can I not get it fixed or return it? I was told it couldn't be returned that much I got But no repairs no care or concerns about the fact that instead of being a tool to help me, it hurt me running me into a wooden door frame as I mean amputee and I don't expect I'll hear anything from this review which was my last resort. So the least I can do is hope that I can save somebody else a headache in pain and cost of purchasing this product that you cannot return and they don't stand behind like they say
