This vehicle is designed for fairly smooth surfaces. It is not designed for all terrain. I am 94 years old and way 186 pounds. I am unable to walk in my yard are on the road on my ranch. This wheelchair allows me to go out in my yard which is quite large and down the road to my mailbox, which is almost 1/2 mile. It is very comfortable and I feel perfectly safe in it on relatively smooth surfaces. I am pleased with my purchase and satisfied with the price. I can now get on my wheelchair, which is parked on the porch near A electrical outlet to keep it charged mount it go down my 18 foot ramp into my yard and up and down my road as I please. Wish I had purchased it last year when I could only sit in my recliner inside the house. I have named my wheelchair a little bit, and it does a great job for me.

Wow, we are so impressed with this wheelchair! It shipped quickly was very easy to assemble by myself. It's functionality seems flawless! This was purchased for my dad who, among other things suffers from Parkinson's, he is able to operate this chair with ease. Most importantly, he thinks it's very comfortable, the size of the seat is perfect, it has more depth than other chairs which is really nice for longer legs! So far, the battery seems to last forever! Definitly happy with this purchase it is excellent quality and a great vale for the money. Perfectly designed!!

Excellent product, made of high-quality materials, the wheels support a lot of weight, and the battery lasts. Easy to handle for all ages. She's very happy with her chair. It has restored her joy, allowing her to travel from the house to shopping, across different types of floors and streets. We were surprised that it doesn't hinder her mobility. Overall, it's a well built, heavy chair, but it has a couple of serious issues. First is the control stick. This thing has a mind of its own. I can let go of it and it does NOT stop immediately. Then my old chair reacts to the direction I send the stick forward, left or right, but this lags and caused me to run into a door frame and that was quit painful. . The second biggest issue I have is the battery. The battery that I have on my old wheelchair is much smaller, half this size yet it'll haul me around for 15 miles, this battery is a size of a car. Yet the Batteries is heavy and bulky and I charged it fully and I'm in yellow within two hours of use. And my third issue is their service. I have not been using this year. It literally has not worked and got an hour use on it before I put it in my storage and replacing it again because one is heavier than it depicted when I purchased it but their service and they're so-called warranty and standing behind their product sucks as I sent a message earlier on when I purchased this which was about six months ago with the same problems from day one and never even got a response leaving me to the point where normally can I not get it fixed or return it? I was told it couldn't be returned that much I got But no repairs no care or concerns about the fact that instead of being a tool to help me, it hurt me running me into a wooden door frame as I mean amputee and I don't expect I'll hear anything from this review which was my last resort. So the least I can do is hope that I can save somebody else a headache in pain and cost of purchasing this product that you cannot return and they don't stand behind like they say

This motorized wheelchair was a great buy! It’s very sturdy! Love the big rear tires! I was able to roll through grass with no problem! The seat is comfortable and I feel secure sitting in it! The joystick is easy to use and moves smoothly. I’m so excited to be able to be outside with my Grandkids! Would definitely recommend!
