Very easy to install! Just take either arm rest 2 screws loose. Put drink holder under arm rest and reinstall 2 screws under arm rest. Tighten screws very tight. Do not strip or twist screw off.

I've looked this over quite thoroughly and it appears to be a well made product and would satisfy most needs; however, I haven't installed yet and probably won't. My preference for between meal glasses is the high-ball or old fashioned which are typically a short glass. Mine are not tall enough to engage the top restraint; therefore, it just sits in the bottom "pan" and is not securely held in place. I gave it 4 stars for apparent quality of build, ... show more

    • Warning No side Mounted Cup Holder works if you have to use public busses!!
If you use your wheelchair or power wheelchair on public transportation and the lift is in the front then this is not the right cup holder for you in fact if that is the case no side mounted cup holder is right for you!! Why because when you try to get on and off the bus The fare box Ram’s against your wheelchair tearing the side mounted cup holder completely off !!! What you do need as far as a cup holder goes if you are going to use Public Transportation is what is called a Front Mount Cup Holder !! I know because I speak from personal experience !! I purchased this very cup holder and had it mounted for me and I can’t drive so I use the public transportation and the first bus I got on knocked it loose and the2 nd one completely tore it apart and ripped it right off my power wheelchair !!! ... show more

I think it was because I was trying to put it on my scooter and it’s really not made for it so with all the playing around with it and not getting it to work properly and then it broke when I bumped into a piece of furniture with it so I don’t think it was the fault of the device I think I just didn’t do it properly ... show more
