    • Owned less than 2 months, battery issues, under warranty yet service charge more than new batteries
Bought this scooter for 92 year old less than 2 months ago, the initial charge of battery lasted great. Starting with the first charge, the battery will only make it about 400 feet and then needs recharging. Under warranty, but per call to company requires a certified service call that costs minimum of $185, but buying new batteries is about the same cost. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT COMPANY WILL NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM WHEN OWNED FOR SUCH A SHORT TIME. Side note: plug in for charging is only a few inches off the ground and hard for elderly person to plug in daily. When mentioned to the company, they said they get a lot of complaints about this. ... show more

    • It's made in the USA. Has a rechargeable car type battery, solid tires. Excellent.
It was advertised as having two color panels, one red, one blue. It arrived solid black with no insertable panels. The scooter looks sleek without the panels, so I can't complain too much.

This is our 2nd Go-Go scooter. We tried other brands, but ultimately purchased another Go-Go for my hubby. Breaks down easily, fits in a trunk, no piece over 35lbs and good battery life. Our 2016 Go-Go still works great. Worth the extra money for a long-term investment in durable mobility device.
