I LOVE my little scooter! This has been a game changer for me. My husband was recently hospitalized for several months. We knew it was coming up. The hospital complex is huge and my mobility is very limited after a botched back surgery. So I ordered this scooter because of it's lightness and maneuverability. It exceeded my expectations. Easy to get in and out of elevators, climbed the hills to the parking garage, breaks down easily to put in the back of my car. Never once ran out of battery. Rarely have to charge. I was constantly having to take things back and forth from my car to the hospital room. I would put things under my legs or hand them on the handle bars. Scooter just kept on chugging. I feel like I have my life back again and can go shopping if I want or go visit a Zoo, Disney World, etc. I haven't taken it on a plane yet but it will be going with me on any vacations we get to take once my husband is back in good health. It has also helped him recently as his strength and mobility are definitely challenged. We use it to ride down to our mailbox. It does not do well on grass but any solid surface you will be zooming past everyone! ... show more

I bought this for my father over a year ago, and it has been great. It was easy to assemble, and easy to transport - although a but heavy - but that is to be expected. It has held up well, and has greatly improved my father’s quality of life.

I purchaed this scooter for my sister who was in great need. She is able to use it in her home, allowing her to get out as well.

    • Owned less than 2 months, battery issues, under warranty yet service charge more than new batteries
Bought this scooter for 92 year old less than 2 months ago, the initial charge of battery lasted great. Starting with the first charge, the battery will only make it about 400 feet and then needs recharging. Under warranty, but per call to company requires a certified service call that costs minimum of $185, but buying new batteries is about the same cost. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT COMPANY WILL NOT CORRECT THE PROBLEM WHEN OWNED FOR SUCH A SHORT TIME. Side note: plug in for charging is only a few inches off the ground and hard for elderly person to plug in daily. When mentioned to the company, they said they get a lot of complaints about this. ... show more

    • so-called improvement is just the opposite!
this is an "improved"model, which is awful. i had an older model and had a problem with it but basically the running was fine. Problem is there is no one who can repair the scooter the scooter where I live and I had come to rely on it for .mobility. I called vendor but no one picked up the customer service number. What is wrong: -- jerky ride, seat cover sticks to my slacks, slowest speed is not slower than fastest speed. makes slicking sound when going forward. I would NOT recommend this scooter ... show more

    • It's made in the USA. Has a rechargeable car type battery, solid tires. Excellent.
It was advertised as having two color panels, one red, one blue. It arrived solid black with no insertable panels. The scooter looks sleek without the panels, so I can't complain too much.
