I only cook with electric fry pan. I have no oven and can't stand to use stove top. This pan works great but is very heavy to pick up to wash or move. It is twice as heavy as the Presto regular 11 inch fry pan. It does wash up great and is non-stick.

Initially there was nothing that would stick to it's ceramic surface. After 21 months of daily use for pancakes, bacon eggs and anything else I could cook in it, major burn marks that willl not scrub off have developed. I never exceed 400 degrees at any time. It still works great but must be greased/oiled and eggs still will sometimes stick. Was hoping it would last longer but it is time for a replacement. ... show more

In my opinion this is the best electric skillet I have ever used. I tried other name brands but this Presto with ceramic is just a pleasure to use and clean up. I gave my friend one and she loves it as well. Nice large size to fry multiple things at once.
