I love this! I use it 1-2 times PER day. Breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, you name it. I've done pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast, quesadillas, burgers, chicken, and fish. Huge surface to do a lot at once. Don't get anything smaller unless you live alone (unless you meal prep and cook a lot at once). It helps a lot with having less dishes to wash. Nonstick and easy to clean. Just wipe down with paper towel. Tilts for greasy foods to collect runoff. Heats to a good enough temperature. Had my money's worth in a week. I've had it for 2 months. It is a joy to use. I will get another instantly if it ever gives out! ... show more

    • Great large indoor griddle!
The legs for the "tilt" function are sturdy... for the most part. They have no locking function to prevent a "tilt" from happening during use. I say "tilt" because it does... kind of. I've never had so much fat or oil on this that it requires even using the drain tray. All that aside it is amazing! The size of this is perfect for a house of 6. It heats quickly and has good heat distribution (of course not perfect). Wipes clean easily, as I said, not even used the drip tray yet and I have cooked bacon on it. I do NOT use metal utensils on this, I use silicone utensils. I use olive oil if needed and have not cooked higher than 375 on it. No discoloration and no chipping in the coating. Worth the buy if you need the size like I do. The "tilt" function is unnecessary entirely but not too much of a problem so far. Just worrying that over time and regular use, the legs will loosen and won't stay closed due to no locking function for the legs. ... show more

    • Great basic griddle
I first bought this model several years ago. It saw regular, rather heavy use. Although it is dishwasher safe, we couldn't fit it into our dishwasher, this may vary by model of dishwasher. But it is still very easy to hand wash, since you don't have to worry about getting the contacts wet during washing. After several years, including a move, it finally needed to be replaced. It still worked fine, but due to storage issues and carelessness, it had developed some chips and minor cracks in the legs and the outer plastic housing. It is plenty sturdy, it just had a hard life because our new kitchen had serious storage issues and we were not as careful as we should have been. So, after reading lots of different listings for various griddles, I finally decided that we had been happy enough with the old one, that it was just best to replace it with the same model. Fortunately, the product is still available, and from reading reviews it didn't seem like the quality had changed. We've been just as happy with the new one. I worked out a better storage system that won't leave it vulnerable to damage. It does have some areas that are slightly hotter than other areas, I think that this is inevitable with any electric griddle of large size. It's very minor, it does not affect the performance. The only times that I notice is when I'm intentionally looking for it, so I make some large pancakes to see for myself what's happening on that surface. Even then, the hot spots are minor, things do cook evenly, the only thing of note is that the surface of a large pancake might have some spots that are slightly less dark than other spots. I've cooked everything from sunny side up eggs, pancakes, sausages, bacon, grilled sandwiches, tortillas, and more. I've been happy with everything that I have cooked with this. The grease tray is big enough to catch all of the rendered grease from a full 1.5 lb package of bacon (thinly sliced, so this covered the entire surface of the griddle) without spilling. ... show more

    • Big Breakfast Energy in One Appliance (and Yes, It Earned Its Counter Space)
This griddle is one of those “I didn’t know I needed this until I used it” kitchen wins. The cooking surface is large enough to handle an entire breakfast spread at once—think pancakes on one side, eggs in the middle, bacon doing its thing on the other—without feeling like you’re running a diner out of your kitchen. The Tilt ’n Drain feature is actually useful, not just marketing talk. Being able to angle the surface to let grease run off makes cooking meats feel less messy and a bit lighter, and it drains cleanly into the tray without fuss. Then you flatten it back out and it’s right back to pancake duty. Heat control is steady and predictable, which is honestly what you want in a griddle like this. It heats up reasonably fast and holds temperature well, so you’re not constantly babysitting it or adjusting settings mid-cook. The nonstick surface also performs reliably—food releases easily, and you’re not scraping like you’re trying to uncover ancient ruins. Cleanup is another strong point. The drip tray slides out easily, and being able to fully immerse the cooking surface (once the cord is removed) makes cleanup much less of a chore than you’d expect for something this size. The only real trade-offs are the obvious ones: it’s big, so you need storage space, and like most large griddles, heat can vary slightly depending on where you’re cooking. Nothing deal-breaking, just something you notice if you’re paying attention. Overall, it’s a dependable, family-sized workhorse that makes cooking for a group significantly easier and less chaotic.     • Love! Don't know how I've never owned one of these!
I know this may be a little premature since I've only used this twice but I am loving this. This thing cooks food in large amounts, quickly, and thoroughly! I first made pancakes 1st day I received this. The first couple didn't cook thoroughly and that was my fault. Made another batch and cooked beautifully! This morning I made bacon, sausages, and scrambled eggs. All I can say is wow! I strongly recommend you have everything prepped and ready to go. I will even say to separate the bacon before starting, if you can. Once you start cooking on this, it just goes super fast non stop. I've read where someone said bacon does not cook evenly on this. 1 pack of bacon cooked in 8 minutes, I was shocked. I just kept flipping here and there and removed them as they got done! It cooked quickly, beautifully nice and crispy. Also, the grease drained out into drain dish just fine. Got 3/4 cup of rendered bacon grease! Yes some grease sat on top, i just helped it to the drain dish, or you can use paper towel to absorb the grease. No biggie! Sausages and scrambled eggs cooked beautifully! I just made sure to wipe with paper towel carefully in between the different foods i was cooking. As far as cleaning, this griddle is huge and i have a standard size sink, so, for me, any pans that i have to clean in my small sink, especially when greasy, can be a little pain. But it is easy to clean. When I finish, i dry with towel and leave itnout to make sure everything in between dries! I am loving this so much so far and i hope this lasts for a very long time. I know I only used twice but it did not disappoint! Can't wait to make burgers on this! ... show more
