I'm far from a professional woodworker, but I've done a whole bunch of projects over the years. Now retired, I've begun actually trying to do more woodworking and improve the quality. As I've watched a bunch of videos from woodworkers, I started noticing them use these kinds of glue bottles. I can tell you that one of my annoyances all these years is the caps that the typical glue bottles from Tite-Bond and others use. They nearly always get gummed (glued) up, it is unnecessarily difficult to pull the cap up in order to let the glue flow, and on and on. I thought I'd try one of these alternative containers, and it has been a welcome relief. It holds a large amount, it distributes well (plus it allows trimming to the width of stream your want, plus it came with additional nozzles), and I have never yet had a situation where it had clogged between uses. It has made my woodworking life MUCH easier when it comes to glue-up. ... show more

This configuration of glue bottle is very handy. It's easy to dispense as much or as little as you need. Easy to cap it off when not in use, glue stays good a long time. My only complaint is the gaskets. The gasket around the fill lid and around the dispense nozzle. When you have to refill it, and you take the fill cap off, the gasket is horribly deformed and does not return to original shape. I would gladly pay another $1 in price for better quality gaskets. 5 stars for bottle in use, but only 4 stars considering the gaskets. ... show more

I'm not a woodworker but I got tired of trying to use glue out of the bottles. They invariably get clogs in the tips. I saw this in a woodworker YouTube video and wanted to give it a try to see if it would stay clog-free. I've had it filled for several months now and it is still good as new. Hopefully, the glue will stay that way until I need it again. It has a wide opening to fill it which is nice. I did cut the end of the spout a bit to let the glue flow out easier. ... show more

I have to say that this was a weird little bottle when I first grab it. I needed a glue bottle and grab this at one of my lumber store. The more I used it the more I love it. It can apply glue in any direction as it uses gravity pressure , so not only can you do your standard laying horizontal method but you can also apply vertically and depending on how you open up your nozzle makes for easy application . I bought my second one from Amazon as it was the same price as my lumber place, but I didn't have to drive to go get it. Now I have two with different openings on my nozzle for different application . One wider than the other, as I use it to build cabinets and depending on the location of the part I need more or less. The bottle squeezes pretty easy and fills up fast due to the wide opening on top. I also like the cover for the nozzle , this way you don't have to struggle cleaning up your nozzle Everytime you want to use it. Even though you will once in a while. It's not as bad. The cover hangs from the top cap, making easy to keep with you when you don't need it. Also comes with attachment for the nozzle and to give you different applications. ... show more
