I bought this with hopes of using it for fondant on cakes, but I’m not sure if it’s going to work for that purpose. It seems to be more suited for household cleaning—like kitchens, bathrooms, windows, and other surfaces. I’ve been using this handheld steam cleaner around the house, and it works great when filled with the recommended 250ml at a time. It heats up pretty quickly and produces a strong, steady stream of steam that’s handled everything from kitchen grime to bathroom tiles. The variety of attachments is actually useful — I’ve tried several depending on the surface and they all fit securely.
