The manual shows the connector for the garden hose installed backwards. Need to install the shiny metal side towards the machine and install the black piece with good finger grips towards you, for easy connection of the hose, AND because the shiny side doesn’t thread well to a garden hose threads. Picture of correct installation for reference. It’s a good little power washer, not terribly powerful, but works for the trashcan bin cleaning and car washing we want to do. When you turn it on, it sounds like it turns on and back off, but it’s electric - it runs while you’re pulling the trigger and turns off the compressor when you’re not actively using it. For this reason, there’s not a lot of stored power so has to ‘charge itself’ back up while you’re using it every 30 seconds or so. Still sprays water, just not with full pressure washer power while it’s recharging.

Excellent pressure washer, very powerful and easy to use. I bought it to wash my car, patio, and some outdoor areas, and the results exceeded my expectations. It has strong pressure, the nozzles are very practical, and the foam cannon works great for car washing. Assembly is simple, the materials feel durable, and it doesn’t take much space for storage. For the price, the performance is outstanding. Highly recommended for home use.

I ordered this during mid-January, so am just now assembling it during the recent warm stretch in my region. The unit arrived in an outer Amazon box enclosing the manufacturer’s box. The Amazon box shows no damage or issues. The manufacturer’s box had some minor creasing, but no punctures. Upon assembling the unit, I discovered that part of the spray handle grip was crushed. See pics. It looks like it might still work, so I’ll give it a try, but will also contact the seller for a replacement part (hopefully). The parts in the box are all bagged separately, which is nice, but there is nothing really stopping parts from rattling around loose in the shipping box, something like foam blocks, bubble wrap, etc., so I can’t say that I’m surprised something broke during shipping. I’ll update this review with further feedback. 04Mar2026 So I tried to use the pressure washer today. First issue: the pressure washer water hose connector would not screw onto my hose. Ok, it’s an old hose and that male hose connector may be marginal. So, I went to the local big box hardware store and bought a new replacement hose end, cut off the old fitting, attached the new one to the hose, then attempted to connect the new fitting - this didn't work, implying that the threads in the washer’s female fitting are tweaked. The same new male hose fitting still worked with other hose devices I have like sprayers, etc., so the problem is with the pressure washer’s female fitting. I eventually decided that regardless, I’m not returning this unit - it’s not worth my time and effort to do so - so I used a couple of wrenches to drive the fittings together, which worked well enough. Second issue: the unit started and was successfully spraying water. Every so often, the motor noise would change, like the pump was being starved for inlet water, also reducing the output pressure. Of note, this is a typical suburban house using city water service with plenty of pressure. The problem was intermittent, so I ignored it. Third issue: the supplied “foam cannon” was as bad as I expected it to be. If you are unaware, a good pressure washer foam cannon will coat your car in a soap layer that looks like shaving cream - watch a few YouTube videos by professional car detailers. The one supplied with this unit barely functions as a soap dispenser. Overall, I’m dropping my review from neutral (3) to don’t buy (1), which mirrors many other recent reviews. I note that this unit is currently selling with a large discount, but is still not worth it.
