This bed was easy to assemble and released so much pressure from my lower back. The light is useful if you need a nice light on the floor if you are looking for something under the bed or just need light in the middle of the night. The quietness of the bed is unbelievable. I have a Serta Perfect Sleeper mattress and it is compatible with my King size mattress. This base is very durable and sturdy, my husband is about 240 lbs, and height is 6’4”, it works well for both of us. I love this product! ... show more

    • Heavy but WORTH IT!
I read a bunch of helpful reviews, plus the price, and decided to purchase this adjustable bed frame and I am so happy. Yes, this thing is heavy as you-know-what and you will need help getting it inside. Once it was hoisted in the house we used a moving blanket to scoot it to the bedroom on the hardwood floors. And, btw, the reason why it's so heavy is because its sturdy and seems well made. SUPER EASY SET UP, I didn't hear my husband swear one time. I love that the material around the frame is a little padded so if I accidentally whack my leg on the corner it won't leave a mark. Let's talk about the massager; holy moly - it has three settings and the last setting practically shakes the whole room - its no joke. The lighting underneath is just like a night light, not too bright. The remote lights up so you can see at night and has a bunch of settings so you can adjust or pre-set.     • Great bed but things to consider.
The beds are great. adjustable in all of the right places and easy to assemble. I only have 2 minor issues. The 14" mattresses are too soft for my comfort. I wish there were more firmness options. Secondly, the individual Twin XL bed frames do not come with any kind of bracket to connect the bed frames together. Not to be mistaken for the electronic link to synchronize operations. But a physical metal bracket to prevent the frames from shifting apart or misaligning causing a major gap between the beds or an overlap when one bed is raised while the other is flat cuasing them to get caught on each other when adjusting. ... show more

I love this bed. It was exactly what I was looking for without the high price tag. It is very heavy so it took a bit of hard work getting it upstairs. But, it was easy to set up and works great! It fit directly into my king frame which was a bonus.

Great bed frame, been using it for 3 years. I don't understand why anyone would buy a non-adjustable bed frame these days, this thing is absurdly well built, with awesome features, and a very reasonable price. Rarely write reviews, especially so longer after a purchase. The real reason I'm doing so this time isn't even the bed frame itself (though I've raved about it to everyone in person for years). It's because this is the best customer support interaction I've ever had on Amazon. I sent an online inquiry about a replacement part and WITHIN SECONDS, I was talking to Kevin. I used to have a far more expensive one by Beautyrest and it was the worst. It was so infuriating to deal with that I eventually just stopped using it altogether. Now, THIS adjustable bedframe.... Albeit rather heavy for one person to move around (which you want it to be), it was a breeze to set up, and you can feel the sturdiness of the base/legs. Having a USB port on the side is handy, and the connection between the bed itself and the remote control has been great so far. I really love that you can easily store two of your favorite positions with the remote control, and that the vibration options not only have 3 levels, but have a timer built in as well. I also find the under-bed light to be fairly neat. It's not overly bright, but just bright enough to see the surrounding floor, which I appreciate. The reason I purchased this base over others was cost vs reward, primarily when it came to the vibration add-on. If you're someone who needs a little help with winding down at the end of the day, or has muscle, joint, or sleep issues, I can't recommend this adjustable base enough. 10/10 would buy again. ... show more

We ordered a split king set. Beds showed up 3 days early. They are heavy as reviewers say - 2 boxes, 70 lbs each Assembly very simple , however one of the units made a very loud noise when operating the head actuator. We called Amazon, they said to return the entire bed which is very heavy and not what we wanted. We asked them to speak to a company tech support but they were no help. We found Irvine Home customer support number on Google and got hold of Kevin H. Kevin did an amazing job, he identified problem part, contacted parts dept and shipped us a new motor/actuator same day. Part showed up in two business days, took 5 mins to replace and beds are working great and super quiet. So 5 stars for the bed. 5 stars for Kevin H . 2 stars for Amazon customer service Yes would recommend this bed and this company , they stand behind their product. ... show more
