My son needed a new mattress for his bunk bed but it was much too thick to work with his old box spring. There was barely any room for him to climb in and out of the bottom bunk. Because the new mattress was foam, it really started to sag when we remove the box spring and used just the slats. In comes the perfect easy solution: the bunkie board. These board were really easy to unfold, throw over the slats and plop the mattress back on top. They hold the bed firm and even a super thick foam mattress is now stable. We are very happy with this ultra-slim solution that makes getting out of the bed much easier without the fear of hitting your head every night. Thank you bunkie board!

Joey Here! We live in a small condo where I have turned the second bedroom into an office. We bought a nice sectional with a pullout bed for the living room. For those of you who have slept on these sectional pull out beds, they are not very comfortable. Especially with the metal wire that crosses under the mattress. The Bunkie Board eliminates that feel by providing a platform type underpinning for the mattress. The wire across the bed is no longer a pain factor. This Bunkie Board really changed the feel of the mattress and provides comfort. Along with a pillow top it creates a wonderful place to sleep. Now when we have overnight guests they can sleep in comfort.

The board does exactly what it says. I have a hybrid mattress and I could see some of it poking out of the frame gaps. this board makes it so that no longer happens. Installation is easy, they have instructions but really the hard part is moving a heavy mattress. I took the opportunity to rotate mine. The board works well, the price is decent, and I like mine

So I have this bed in our summer home that sometimes I really hate sleeping in because I feel that the mattress isn't really supported by the bedframe. Well I can honestly say that since finding the Bunkie Board the mattress feels much better. It definitely helps with supporting the mattress. Easy to install under the mattress because it comes in two pieces, one supports the top of the bed the other the bottome. One side of the board has tiny silicone dots or bubbles that aids with the grip so that it doesn't slide off the frame. Make sure you put the grip side down onto the bed frame. I slept in the bed with no issues felt supported and somehow made it a little more comfortable than before. Happy find!

We just got a new bed for our guest room but upon setting it up we realized that it would be super easy for stuff to fall under the headboard which could be frustrating for our guests. So I figured I would try out the bunkie board both for that issue and to add a bit of comfort and support to the bed. I feel this product delivers on both those fronts. I pushed it more against my wall than my mattress is and now it works great as a barrier to catch anything that falls. There's about 4 inches at the foot of the bed that isn't covered by the board, but that area doesn't need as much support and it's a good price to pay for my guest to not have to reach all the way to the floor if something slips. It does give the bed a bit more support. I would recommend this product.

This Bunkie board is perfect for adding support without adding height. It’s super low profile but really solid—my mattress feels way more stable now. I also like that it helps with airflow and doesn’t squeak or shift around. Great quality and fits my queen bed perfectly. Definitely recommend if you need extra support without bulk!

I recently ordered this as we were having company for an extended stay, and our guests said that this was great for their bed! I tried it out the other day, and I have to agree. It adds plenty of support so I don't have to worry about our sofa sleeper / pullout mattress dipping in the center for our guests when they stay over. It is kind of an odd size, though.. The width is perfect for a queen but I wish it was longer, as this will not cover the entire bed frame under the mattress. You have to choose whether or not you would like to sacrifice support at the head, or the foot of the bed.
