How do I know which PowerStep insole I need? PowerStep products should be selected based on your activity level, foot condition, shoe type, and the amount of cushioning and support you need. Most of our insoles use a polypropylene arch support shape but vary by cushion thickness, arch strength. When should I replace my insoles? We recommend replacing your insoles when you begin to notice a decrease in comfort or support. About 6 months. Is there a break-in period? Most new users take 1-2 weeks before getting used to wearing orthotics. PowerStep insoles have a signature arch shape that helps correct body posture and alignment, dramatically improving the position of joints and increasing balance & stability. I have high arches. Will PowerStep help my feet? Yes! High arched and supinated feet benefit from cushioning to help redistribute the pressure from the ball of the foot and heel. Are PowerSteps recommended for over-pronation? Yes! Over-pronation is when your foot rolls inward, putting strain on the soft tissues of the foot and leading to pain and fatigue. For more severe over-pronation, use a posted heel like the Pinnacle Maxx Support for additional correction. Pinnacle Pinnacle Maxx Pinnacle Plus Pinnacle Pink Because most of our styles are sized by full shoe sizes, our insoles offer a true-to-size fit without any trimming. However, should trimming be required, our products can be trimmed to fit as necessary. We recommend replacing your insoles about every 3-6 months depending on use. Yes, the insoles can be easily removed and placed into a different pair of shoes. We recommend purchasing a pair of orthotics for each pair of shoes to help extend the product life.

I have a relatively high arch. Tried many insteps. These have been great! Put them in my hiking shoes and I can hike miles, climb 3000 feet, all sorts of terrain without any issues w my feet. Comfortable. A bit pricey but worth it!

These are pretty decent "orthotics". For someone with problem feet (PF, and bone spurs), I need good shoe inserts. I do have orthotics made by a podiatrist but need to go back and update them. I've been using these and a few others until I get in for new ones. These do pretty well overall and put arch support in that I desperately need. They are breathable and don't add lots of bulk to a shoe. I do have another brand I prefer though that seems to offer slightly more support, although most would find these adequate. Comfortable and easy to slide into your shoe. Price was around 25 which I'm happy to pay if it offers enough arch support and added comfort. ... show more

I have these PowerStep Pinnacle insoles on auto ship. I have high arch hence it was a challenge to find the right shoes with adequate arch support. No more challenge! With these insoles I buy any shoes I LIKE! And my feet feel very comfortable with any walking distance. I usually take the original insoles out and replace them with PowerStep insoles. I wear size 11 shoes. PowerStep insoles size 11 -11.5 fit in perfectly. I wash them in a regular washing machine and air dry once a week. ... show more

So far so good! Had these for about a week and right away I could tell they were better than the many other inserts I've tried. My podiatrist recommended these to me and I'm so glad I listened. I have plantar fasciitis, have had surgery on both of my feet and one of the bones has no padding under it. All of that to say that my feet hurt all the time and I'm constantly searching for good shoes or inserts. I'm very hopeful I have finally ended my search! These inserts feel great, there is sufficient padding and they don't make my sneakers feel tight. My feet felt great after walking in them all day. Wow! My podiatrist recommended this item due to the plantar fasciitis pain I've been experiencing for many, many months. I sensed an immediate relief after walking with the insoles placed properly in my shoes. Along with the comfort from the arch support, exercise like walking became something I like to do and missed because of the pain. The thickness is perfect for me. Thankfully I did not have to cut to size down. The insole slipped easily into my gym shoes. I also wanted to add in addition to the insole bringing me happy, my podiatrist first put me on a 6-day med steroid called Methylprednisolone (4mg) Those tiny pills significantly reduced my inflammation, pain in my foot after the first pill.
