This is a great inverter! It has plenty of power. I ran my shop vac 6.5 hp, 8 gallon air compressor and steamer on this unit and it gets the job done! Got it to replace my 4,000 watt gas generator and 2500 watt inverter. Runnig it off 2 batteries for now. Planning to get 2 more batteries. They're class 31 deep cycle batteries. Haven't used it on a long job yet but im confident it will perform well or I'll be revisiting this post! ... show more

    • Very poor quality, do not purchase!!!
This is the second one I have purchased; the first one lasted almost six years of very light duty before burning out. The second one only lasted five months before burning out. Again, very light duty use. Do not waste your money on products from this company.

    • I buy this power inverter 5 years and is AMAZING HOW POWERFUL IS.
I buy this power inverter 5 years ago and is being worked great, the only thing I really recommend, that you should replace the wire and terminal connection for heavy duty ones,so never have a problem with it

powerbrite has a great customer service department and stand behind their product. However they need a better product to stand behind. Went through 3 inverters in about 6 months and still dont have an inverter that performs. Just gave up and went back to generator.
