I wasn’t going to write a review and just return the item. Today I received another one and still got charged for it even though my returns reason was “not as advertised.” Then today I received the same item I didn’t want and returned in the mail without wanting or asking for one. Very sneaky on their part!!! I’m going to keep it becasue I don’t want the hassle. But now I want everyone looking at this to know…. This isn’t a 3500 psi output in use. It actually sucks and I would consider this false advertising!!! If at all the best performance I would rate this at is at about 1800-1900 if that. I can put my hand in front of it at about two feet away. A real 3500 psi would hurt you pretty bad. I’m not returning this due to their mistake, but I want my money back due to their sneakyness and false advertising. I’m busy, I can’t be wasting my time returning junk I didn’t want!!!

The media could not be loaded. There is no way this machine puts out 3500psi, and the second the box was delivered I was suspicious. My hose put out more pressure than this pressure washer on its own. I should’ve know better based on the price. I honestly can’t figure out all the five star reviews, that’s ultimately what convinced me to buy it.

I have used this pressure washer about 8 times. This time I was using it and the seam on the elbow going into the hose real split open and was spraying water.
