What can I say about this item that would be catchy and intriguing reading.... hmmmmmm... let's see.... it is a very attractive square power strip! I put it on my desk and was thinking to myself how good it is going to look there. I then started to plug stuff in and when I was done, the great aesthetic of the cube was immediate lost. This is not a slight on the designer or company that makes it, the slight is on me because when I purchased it I didn't think about how it how and where it was going to be used. I essentially paid $18 for half the power strip (without surge protection) I could have gotten had I gone with the traditional type (example A: http://a.co/d/elNp7J5). I am not upset about it because in the end it is doing its job with no issues and is small enough to sit in a place that a traditional size one would not. Had I not been been seduced by its form I would have overlooked this one for something a bit more traditional considering the price and my intended use. Overall, this product receives 5/5 stars because it is well constructed, very good looking (until you use it, no fault of the designer), and works as well as any other non surge protector power strip. I would recommend it, but would urge potential buyers to think about what its intended use is going to be before purchasing it. Just to be clear, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, it is very attractive and works well but had I thought about its intended use on my desk I would have gone with the traditional style because as you can see from the photo, the aesthetics of it is lost because of where I placed it for the need that it is filling.

Absolutely perfect especially when traveling outside the US where there are many fewer power outlets in hotel rooms (I actually stayed in a hotel in Italy without a single power outlet). These outlets are often in awkward hard to reach places that are nowhere near where you want them to be. This solves the problem. I especially appreciate how the plugs insets are arranged around the side of the cube rather than side by side as some plugs are odd sized or shaped and can easily block adjacent plug insets. There is no blockage problem with this cube.

I received a replacement last week and it works perfectly. I wrote a note to the seller and they explained they have an 18 month warranty. I am completely satisfied. My previous review: I don't write reviews very often, but I felt compelled to write a review about this product. I purchased it in April of 2018. I tried it at home for a few minutes and it worked so, I put it in my travel bag and didn't use it for several months. When I finally took it out to use it it never worked properly while traveling. The blue light would come on showing that power was coming through and then fade out. Products plugged in would start to get power and then the power would turn off. So, I must not have had it on long enough at home when I first tested it to see that it had something faulty in it. I would not recommend buying this product. I finally remembered to take it out of my travel bag to try it at home again and it had the same problem. Blue light comes on and then goes off.

I've purchased two of these and am about to buy a third. I use it on two desks in my house. It's compact and looks great. Perfect for plugging in mobile devices and electronics without have to go all the way to the power strip on floor behind my desk. There are a few downsides with this product...1) No LED indicator if it is on or off, 2) low-profile flat on/off button so you can't tell if it's on or off, and 3) [IMPORTANT] if you have a power dip/outage in your home, this power strip will default to OFF STATE....so you have to hit the button to turn it back on. If you can live with this, I think it's a great product.

This is a good compact size power strip that's good for travel use. Not a traditional long strip that takes a big space with not enough spacing between the sockets. This one is a cube that measures just 2.25 inches on all sides. With 3 AC sockets on 3 different sides so there are ample space for any kinds of transformers or regular plugs. It also comes with 3 usb sockets for you to charge other usb powered items. A power button next to the usbs to turn everything on/off is not that useful to me but I appreciate it as a good safety function. There are 2 versions of this power stip. One goes direct to an outlet without any cable. And the one I bought is with a 4 feet cable. Both are great for different uses. The one without cable takes less space. And one with cable makes it more accessible. I have been using this for about a month now and everything still works well.

I bought this the help keep our devices charged at night. We plugged it in at an outlet near the bed and the extension cord allowed the cube to reach our nightstand. The 3 USB outlets are used nightly to charge iPhones and a baby monitor. We have plugged items into the outlets as needed, such as the vacuum cleaner when cleaning the floor. It has been very useful at bringing plugs and charger closer to where we need it. The only item I would mention is the cord is about 4 feet long, which is shorter than I would normally expect for an extension cord, so it is best to think of this a way to relocate an outlet to a more convenient location.

OK, this little thing is very cute and compact. Good design. I gave, only, 4 stars because I needed to use two lights controlled by a WeMo switch. It doesn't work because every time WeMo turns the lights off it resets the power switch. So, when WeMo turns the lights ON on schedule I need to, manually, push the power button. I wish there was a way to keep the power switch ON all the time in situations when the supplied power is turned OFF. I upgraded my review to 5 stars after the customer service offered a replacement power strip that doesn't have a ON/OFF switch. I am very pleased with the support. The new unit will work well with my WeMo switch. My wife loves the design of the cube so she will keep it.
