BEST brakes I have ever put on a vehicle. I have a 2012 F150 XLT. On September 11, 2017, I got in a 4 car collision in Houston. Traffic went from 70-75 to 0, very quickly. I was able to stop in record time and left a truck and half length between me and a Ford Excursion ahead of me. It was a mom and 3 little kids, the youngest being only 4 months old. Even with being hit from behind by 2 other vehicles (Ram and Lexus), I pushed on these amazing brakes and I basically only love tapped the Excursion in front, leaving only a 2" scratch on her rear bumper. The Lexus behind me hit me going an estimated 60mph and was totalled from front and back. I know if I had not put these brakes on in August, my engine would have ended up in the back seat with those kids. I am thankful for not only an incredibly well made, well packaged, easy to install product, but I'm thankful for these brakes SAVING THE LIVES of 3 young children. Just installed these today on my 2015 f150; crew cab 4x4; 6 bolt z23 kit; front and rear. Initial reaction is positive; very easy to do;. There was 1 blemish in my pass rear rotor; def from the manufacturing process;. Looks like a Small divet the size of a pea; filled with metal and sanded flat; hopefully that doesn't cause any issues; I have photos from out of the box;. I literally did all the break in steps; and have only driven a few more miles since..it's day 1. Fit was perfect; will update in a few months to advise on long term quality... the power stop sight wouldn't let me review this there?? ... show more

We have had these Power Stop K6268 Front & Rear Brake Kit with Drilled/Slotted Brake Rotors and Z23 Evolution Ceramic Brake installed for over a year. We complained to the mechanic that they were making noises. He said it would go away. It didn't. Apparently there is an inner an outer part. He put both brake pads (both with humps) together. WRONG! It caused them to miss-align and wore out the parts quickly. Hopefully this will save someone else $$$$. If you are installing yourself or having someone else install, make sure you have one brake pad with HUMP and one WITHOUT on each front side. ... show more

Picked these up last fall for a 2013 F150 supercrew XLT. I waited a few months to write the review to see how they worked out. I am very pleased so far. Firm pedal, solid stopping power, very quiet stopping and no dust. Very little wear over a few thousand miles of driving so far. The hardware kit was good quality and fit perfectly on the stock calipers. New slider boots was a nice touch instead of reusing the old ones. I was much more interested in the zinc plating than the cross drilling or slots to minimize surface rust like the stock ones. They do look sharp on the truck and zero evidence of any surface rust. I was very happy to see my package arrive, to my dismay I found that the brake pads didn't display the Extreme logo and 2 of the rear rotors were rusted and water/ moisture pitted. Quick delivery. Item was as described. Installation was smooth. The box/packaging was poorly executed. It was partially open. Collapsing. Granted that the product is heavy and presents a challenge to ship. But you figure, thats their job. I thought there might be missing items but all was present.
