My rotor and brake pad kit for 4 wheels arrived in one VERY heavy box. This rotor and brake pad kit is for my 2007 G35. The rotors are drilled and slotted and arrived in flawless condition. The brake pads are ceramic and fit my calipers, OEM, perfectly. Installation was not difficult, and considering I have never done a rotor/brake pad installation before, that means most people could do this job......with the right amount of preparation, and the correct tools. I highly recommend doing some research for online videos to get prepped for the job and knowing what to expect. This total package included the very high quality rotors, very nice ceramic brake pads along with new clips for the pads to fit properly in caliper bracket. The first wheel was a learning experience, so the next three wheels was accomplished much more quickly. If you are considering a replacement or upgrade to very nice looking set of rotors and brake pads, I highly recommend this brand and style. EXCELLENT! ... show more

They were delivered quickly and quite well packaged. No signs of any damage on any of the rotors or pads. The kit came with everything I needed to replace my brakes and rotors with the exception of tools, brake cleaner, and lubricant...but that's to be expected. When I pulled off my old rotors I was sort of shocked at how much surface rust was on everything, so I gave it all a good wire brushing and a wipe down after taking off the old bits. I had no idea how bad my brakes were until I took them off, or how cheap the rotors and disks on my car were. These are different, I like these. A lot! Not only do they look absolutely fantastic, but they work like a dream! Once you get them all installed make sure you burn your pads in and then they are just some of the best brakes I have ever had. Granted I've never really had super high performance brakes, but I did put new ones on an old BMW 325x that I used to have and these stop much better than those. Could also be that Emmy, (sorry, that's what I call my M35x. I am one of those stupid people who give names to their vehicles and computers.), has dual-cylinder front calipers too. I was sort of pleasantly surprised by that, and the combination of the stock caliper with these pads and rotors is just unbelievable. Love them! I got the silver ones so they won't be as noticeably different when they're worn in, and they look really nice even after use. The silver wears off where the pads hit it, but that's to be expected and it looks good with my black car. Hoping they're actually rust proof, I'll update it in the spring. If they aren't I'll know after this winter, I live near Chicago and road salt use is insane. Love the brakes, very very happy with them. I don't right many reviews, but when I like something I do and I REALLY like these! I brought this set for my 2014 Acura ILX (base model) and l have to say they were an exact fit and look great. This set came with the front and rear ceramic brake pads as well as the drilled and slotted zinc plated rotors which look sharp especially on the vehicle. If you're a do it yourselfer like I am, then make sure you have your special tools, cleaner, grease, loctite etc. I have to say after the break-in, it had great stopping power. I will definitely be purchasing this brand in the future. Update: 03/17/2019 So, I love this brakes and rotors set which is still going strong. Lighty appling the brakes still gives me that wonderful stopping power and this is coming from a speed junky who uses those brake a lot. Also, another plus is that you can have these slotted/drilled rotor turned unlike most that can't. The ceramic pads are still holding up so far with even wear. I found no grooving or warping of the pads or rotors. I highly recommend this brake set. Just remember to take every step with the right tools to do everything right if you're a do it yourselfer and you will have that wonderful stopping power as well. Update: 01/12/2020 Quick and simple update. Still going stong just like the day I installed them and still has that clean even wear on both pads and rotors. As said before, I still high recommend. Updated: 09/13/2023 Another short and sweet update. The same brakes and rotors are still going strong with even wear and no issues. I'm down to about 50% brake pad and the stopping power is still 100% there. I definitely recommend purchasing this brake and rotor set, as they still work great for me.
