Installed new rotors and pads on my 2005 Mini Cooper S. Everything fit perfectly and the brake wear sensors work too. Bedded the brakes with several 60 to 5 mph quick stops and drove around 5 miles without braking to allow rotors to cool down. Braking is improved over one rotors pads seem to do well. Only time will tell on how long pads will last. Overall very satisfied with my purchase and the price is good. If you are debating on whether or not to get these for you Mini R53 model. Okay so these where really nice ND man I wanted to keep them but the only issue I had was when I ordered them it was for a 4 lug mini and I had a 2015 5 lug mini ( no fault of the company's) and had to return them . But I can tell u the quality was amazing so much intact I almost kept them and re drilled the lug holes but decided it was best to just return them instead. I would definitely recommend them because when I opened the box and seen these and the quality for the price I was in shock... again my only issue is I ordered the wrong ones ... I'd suggest before you order just make sure to drop them a line about fitment they answered really quick. So definitely a good buy guys !!! ... show more

First off dealership wanted to charge $1,000 for parts and labor plus tax and I found these and for way better price. Easy install and all parts fit with no issues on my 14’ Tundra Crewmax. I drove around after install and heard no squealing. Best part and why I give five stars is because there was a huge difference on braking/stopping and how smooth it felt. Would highly recommend and will purchase for my other 16’ Tundra. Especially to avoid being overly charged through my Toyota Dealership ... show more

Just got them delivered today, a day earlier. To those who aren't use to getting new on new. Meaning new brake pads with new rotors. They will make some rubbing noise until the new layer wares a bit which only takes about 15 miles of braking or keep gunning it and braking hard which you will want to do on a clear road to test them anyway. They look really good. The only thing that I didn't give the extra star on was that the platinum is not as shiny or the same color as the picture at all. It has a dull metal look. But that wasn't a deal breaker for me. They brakes work great! ... show more

This part kit does NOT FIT a 2014 Cooper Mini Hardtop F56, it includes 4 lug rotors, not 5 lug which is what’s on the car. The brake pad wear sensors are also incorrect, and it’s a safe assumption that the pads will also be WRONG. Amazon insists on tracking the license plate to a VIN number, and they got it dead wrong. BMW correctly identifies the car by VIN, the DMV correctly matches the car to the VIN, so this is 99% Amazon’s fault, 1% my fault for trusting them. Unfortunately, I did not get to the brake job until now, 30 days beyond the return date, and I am out $200+. ... show more

I was impressed at the quality of the fit. It rained the day after I installed the brakes and the rotors didn’t rust at all the old ones would have rusted right away. The brakes grip really well, don’t make any noise and they look really cool.

I’m assuming they’re R1 Concepts brake rotors (was on box) and Hart Brakes. Definitely a big braking upgrade, especially after changing the calipers as well. Noticeably better highway braking when exiting, faster deceleration and full grip ≈80-30mph, no fade. They also look really cool and shiny.
