I was pretty nervous about dropping close to $1,000 on a recliner without seeing it in person, but I’m honestly impressed. Delivery was much faster than expected, and the chair arrived in three boxes that weren’t too hard to manage. Assembly isn’t difficult, but lining up the arms took me a couple of tries—definitely easier with two people. The gray chenille fabric feels soft but durable, and it’s easy to wipe clean. I went with the “Big Man” version even though I don’t really need the size, and I’m glad I did—the extra width makes it super comfortable, and my dog is happy to share the seat with me. Some features stand out: the flip-up arms with cupholders and storage are surprisingly useful, and the built-in USB/USB-C charging inside the pocket means no messy cords around the chair. The lumbar pillow was an unexpected bonus and gives nice support. The lift function is a game changer. I’ve had both knees replaced, and when they lock up the chair gives me that extra push to stand up without strain. The massage/heat is fine—about what I expected, nothing amazing, but it does help after a long day. Overall, this is a solid, supportive chair that feels well-made. It’s big, so make sure you’ve got the space, but I’m glad I took the chance. It’s already become my favorite spot in the house.

The media could not be loaded. Because once you’re settled in this chair you will not want to get up! The fabric is soft and it’s so cozy that you won’t want to move. The chair seat is wide and comfy. I can easily change the reclining angle to give relief to my arthritic knees. It lays all the way back, a great place to curl up for a nap. Sometimes the heat and massage are just nice extras to have. BUT on a day when you have aches and pains, or need some extra relaxation, it’s just what the doctor ordered. Both remotes are simple and easy to control and as a bonus one has charging ports for my devices. This chair has become my storage spot in the living room. No more table clutter because there’s storage in each arm, plus pockets on each side of the chair. Great for my iPad, notebook and pens, tissues, etc. AND two cup holders. I’ve used the power lift because it’s fun, but it’s great to have in case it becomes a necessity. The massager is quiet and it can’t even be heard from the other LR chairs. It’s actually a soothing quiet sound when on the chair, it put me to sleep. We have wood floors but the feet are smooth and don’t scratch the floor when the pull the chair away from the wall to recline. The chair shipped in less than 24 hours and I received an email explaining it would arrive in three boxes and gave me the tracking numbers. Great service and an awesome chair; what more could you want.

Wow, very impressed. Happy Hubby! We wanted certain things in a chair. It had to have independent back and legs (this is a big deal for people to get exactly the position that is most comfortable). It had to be big enough to fit a larger person. It had to have the lift feature. It had to have lay flat ability. This chair has all of that plus heat and massage. Also, the cup holder/storage is nice and the USB charger is a plus. The color is good and blends in with our living room. It went together easily and seems very sturdy. Hopefully it will last a long time. The chair is for my 80 year old husband. He has a semi bad back and knee issues. He is also heavier than he should be. This is a birthday present for his 81st birthday. He is very picky and hated the different chair we bought a few years ago. It did NOT have the independent back and leg option. Plus it was a little too small for him. He likes this one! It came FedEx in three boxes. Tracking was accurate and was actually a day early for delivery.

This recliner was perfect for watching the Superbowl last night amongst my family. It's great for napping and relaxing after a long day at work. I must admit, I just want to be lazy and it's really big and comfortable. The massage and heat are a relief for my sore muscles after working out at the gym. It’s sturdy and feels well-made, and the material is really soft and cozy. I love that it lays flat, so I can actually sleep on it without feeling like I’m stuck in a chair. It’s roomy too, so I don’t feel cramped. The power lift is awesome—it helps me stand up easily, which is great for my knees since I get injuries from running. Lastly, this recliner was easy to assemble as it only took maybe 30 mins. I definitely will recommend this recliner to my friends and family.

This chair is expensive but it doesn't worth the money. I would pay $200 max. Here is why. Has anyone turn it over and look? the support wood is very thin, to say it supports 400lb is a big lie but i wouldn't test that lol. However, that piece of wood is super easy to crack so be careful if you are heavy. It shipped here fine but when i open it and roll it out to check, the wood is broken. Hence i know the quality is bad. Most people looking at the 5 stars reviews and buy, big mistake.....next time i'll look at the 1,2, and 3 star reviews to learn more about the product before putting my money in on big purchase.
