I recently had back surgery and I quickly realized my regular bed just wasn’t working effectively for my recovery. Just prior to my second surgery my home nurse recommended I try a power left chair which would give me the ability to sit, recline and lay flat for sleep as well as have that extra assist to get to my feet without hurting my the progress made by my surgery. I needed something safe, supportive, and comfortable enough to basically live in for a while. After a lot of research and getting personal recommendations I chose this chair by Juuxo and I couldn’t be more thrilled. Setup was pretty simple. I watched an online video and the instructions are well written and very easy to follow. My husband was able to put it together in about 20 mins. The chair feels sturdy and is clearly well-built, and made of lovely plush soft material. What really sold me is how it functions. It’s a full flat-lay recliner, so I can stretch out completely and actually sleep in it. The power lift is smooth and slow, which helps me stand up without putting pressure on my back. The footrest comes up evenly and supports my legs really well. The heat is gentle and sits right in the lower back area, nothing too intense, just enough to relax muscles. Same with the vibration massage, it’s more subtle than strong but still helps a lot especially after laying in it all day and all night. Overall, this chair has been a huge help during recovery. Was shipped by FedEx and dropped off in middle of drive way. Not oversized as advertised, Not soft, cushion seat is really firm and uncomfortable. The massager doesn't work. Soon as you turn it on it turns back off. Really disappointed..

Initially received the chair earlier than expected but the recline function did not work. The company was quick to try and troubleshoot and sent out a replacement controller and power cord which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. They immediately sent out a brand new chair and it worked exactly as advertised! It’s very comfortable and is exactly what we needed for my mom post heart surgery.
