Easy to put together once you realize you have to remove the arm brackets before you put the cover on. Material feels nice and firm. I thought they would be larger though. They aren’t as tall as I thought they would be. They look nice. Purchased for my mother and aunt. She picked the brown color. They seem to be happy with them. It takes 2 plugs per chair so that’s something to consider if you purchase one. It has a remote for the lift and a Remote for the vibrate function. Cup holders pop out for cleaning. Bought this recliner for my father in law. He is loving his new chair. He especially likes that the chair has a slimmer profile than many of the over stuffed recliners have. He has a small apartment and this chair fits perfectly for him. He LOVES the heat and massage on his back. The best thing about this chair is the price to quality. Great price and good quality chair. It does have to be put together but it was easy and only took me about 10-15 min, most of which was spent unboxing. The packaging was very well done and the chair is tightly packed to prevent any damage during shipping. The electrical function works perfectly and the remotes are simple to use. Perfect chair for someone with back or leg pain issues and elderly folks who need the help. My father in law cannot close the manual recliners anymore due to his back and leg pain so this chair lets him recline back and does all the work for him. Happy with this purchase. ... show more

The chair is quite comfortable, with plush cushioning that molds to the body and a sturdy frame for support. The color matches the one in the picture. It looks great in the corner of my room where I read, and it feels sturdy enough. It is very easy to assemble with the included tools and clear instructions. The heating feature is great, capable of warming the lower back quickly, which has been specifically beneficial for my chronic back pain. The massage function, however, is underwhelming. It produces mostly light vibrations that feel more like gentle tingling rather than a deep massage, and the intensity is too weak to effectively knead or relax tense muscles.Although the vibrations are quite loud and noticeable, they do not deliver the targeted pressure necessary for an authentic massage. I initially expected massage rollers, to mimic the movement of kneading balls or rollers that roll along the back to mimic human. Additionally, the chair lift option is very useful for individuals with mobility challenges, including myself. I bought this for my mom who has a lot of difficulty getting off the couch, and I was concerned about how much her shoulders were taking with us helping her. Having looked at lift chairs, I was concerned about the quality, but the price was doable so... I am very pleased! The fabric is durable and will be easy to clean. Mom is 5'4" and it fits her nicely. The padding is thick and comfy. It is not a message chair. I have one and her body could not handle something like that. It has a soft, vibrating "message" with 5 levels, all perfect for her. It stands her almost full on her feet. I was surprised at the size of box it arrived in. One review mentioned a video on YouTube, and I went right to it. Putting it together was not that difficult. I purchased this chair for upcoming shoulder surgery so I could navigate easier than my old chair with push button on side, the extended control was what I need. The outer arm rest on one side arrived bent but with surgery date around the corner I made due. I’m not impressed with arm design but the chair is very comfortable. The motor is slow but very quiet. I was not able to zip up the arm rests and did not connect the heat or massage. Fit is ok but feel like I’m above the chair not in it but that will likely change when broken in. Overall it will get me thru, assembly of the arm parts was difficult but back rest was easy. Worth the buy for now. ... show more
